For late check-in after 22:00, the following surcharge applies: 30 EUR from 22:00 until 00:00 and 50 EUR after 00:00. All requests for late arrival are subject to confirmation by the property. Electricity is charged extra at 0.25 Euro per Kw.When you make a reservation, we will charge you a first payment corresponding to 50% of the total amount of your reservation. The remaining amount will be paid upon arrival in Mallorca. This does not affect our cancellation policy, and any cancellation within the free cancellation period will result in a full refund of your payment.This property will not accommodate hen, stag or similar parties.
