During our stay at axil beach, the service here was excellent, especially for Eric, who met all of our requirements. He also made a promise to keep me from getting charged for a massage that I didn't attend.

I stayed at this hotel for three nights. we appear to have been the first ones to stay here at the beginning of the season. Check in was a very bad experience to begin with I had 4 rooms booked but they said they only had 3 rooms booked under my name. I had to show them my booking confirmation for them to find the fourth room, no apology. We then had to pay a deposit for the rooms which was fine but their card machine wasn't working, we used 6 of our cards to notice the machine wasn't working, no apology for inconvenience, they made us feel as though it was our cards declining the transaction. This is not a great start to the vacation. The rooms were pleasant, nice, clean, spacious, and modern. The restaurant and bar were great, but you could tell this was run by an independent company because the service was so much better. The spa was lovely, but not open on time on the second day. When I returned from the holiday I learned that they were able to take payment from my credit card for all 4 rooms as a security deposit. This is not a pending transaction, they have actually taken full payment, I did not receive a receipt for this transaction. I am now trying to find out why they did this and when or how this will be refunded. I have tried to call the hotel, but they have not answered, I hope the booking company can help

We stayed for a week, and everyone was very attentive and friendly. We want to thank everyone who helped us to have a pleasant and memorable stay, receptionists eric, Daniel, Cris and Roberto, club 69 crew Alfonso, antoine and lucid. We are looking forward to our next stay!.

I spent my day there with my girlfriend. We had a lovely apartment with views of the sea. The pool bar has a wonderful ambiance, and the view was wonderful. The food is tasty. The staff is lovely, particularly the manager of the French bar, who is both very accommodating. The spa was excellent, and the massage therapist is outstanding. The beds are cozy, and the flats are immaculately clean. We were so satisfied with the pool bar that we wished it would remain open later. Although they are considerate of the first-birds and neighbors, it is incredibly energized, and if they brought a live band in, I think they would pack the location out because it has such a beautiful atmosphere.
