Our stay was made possible by the entire staff at Basic Pollen. We enjoyed the location. Its the quieter end of pollen, which is very lovely. There are great neighborhood restaurants. Kathy runs a delightful kids and adult club. My daughters, ages 8 and 11, enjoyed the art club, darts, and water sports. The reception personnel are very pleasant and assisted with some printing, which was greatly appreciated. The cleaning and breakfast bar are excellent. We enjoyed a fantastic family vacation by the pool. Its recently undergone renovation, which was fantastic. The room was new, and the view from our balcony was breathtaking. Thank you for the memories we will really cherish them and wish everyone at basic a safe working time and hope the pandemic improves so that they can enjoy working more and staying well. The hotel is fantastic and the personnel is exceptional.

We travel like crazy and absolutely love Port de Pollen, however, this hotel is unquestionably one to avoid. I'll begin with the positives. We had a spacious onebedroom apartment. It is a little antiquated, but it was clean and very functional and the kitchen area was wellequipped. The housekeeping crew is fantastic. The hotel also has a wonderful location 5 minutes from the beach and the closest supermarket 15 minutes from the resort center. We selfserved and used the hotel as our home base so I can't comment on the food or drinks. What the reasons are. In all my life, Ive never experienced such a soulless place. The staff is horrible. Checkin was a horrible experience, there was only one family in front of us at checkin time and the front desk could only keep us waiting for the best part of 30 minutes. When we waited, a very irritating woman named Cathy began telling my sixyearold all the activities that would usually involve mini discos, painting, and other activities that weren't permitted in the pool, but he didn't find any because they are wellbehaved and frequently supervised. He went to place our children's inflatable with our rest of the pool area, the lifeguard leapt out at lymph to baffle my husband even though we had not taken a shower in the pool. The same life

We recently returned from our third stay at these apartments. The rooms were clean and spacious as before. The staff are always pleasant and helpful. The pool, bar and restaurant are fantastic, even though the shop is no longer open. This hotel is located in a quiet area on the top end of the lovely beach and only a 10-minute walk from the heart of this beautiful town. It is worth visiting Pollen Old Town, Claudia Old Town, and Puerto Pollen. Also a nice bus ride into palm. My only complaint is they don't provide washing liquid or pad to wash in the past because it's a self-contained apartment I think this should be provided.Having said that, we're still hoping to return.

We only stayed for a week, but I was really impressed by the apartment. The room was beautiful, with a nice large balcony overlooking the pool. The only issue I had was that the room safe didn't work, but the receptionist quickly sorted it out. In fact, nothing seemed too much trouble for all the apartments staff. We had lunch in the restaurant and the food was very good. The pool and pool area were very well kept. We will definitely return.
