The hotel is clean, and the staff is very professional. I happen to spend my birthday there, and the staff had a nice gift for me. I typically travel for my birthday and this is the very first time that the hotel where I spent my birthday did something special for me on my birthday.

Our stay was excellent overall, and we truly enjoyed the property, staff, and amenities. The only minor issue we experienced was at checkout. We understand that checkout time is strictly at 12:00 PM, and we take responsibility for not being fully ready by then. However, once noon arrived, staff came to our door several times within a short period, which felt a bit rushed. While we completely respect the hotel's checkout policy, a little more flexibility or a less frequent reminder process would have made the departure experience feel more relaxed. Other than that, everything was perfect, and we would gladly stay here again.

Wonderful location in the middle of the gothic quarter. Rooms are small but extremely comfortable, super clean and well appointed. Also - given the location, I was amazed at how beautifully quiet the room was —- just perfect. The restaurant is not the same company as the hotel and I found that there are much better ones in the area, but it is convenient. I would definitely stay at this location again!

We had a great stay at Casa Pince. The location was excellent and made it easy to explore the area. The staff were friendly, welcoming, and always happy to help. The property was comfortable, well-maintained, and we had everything we needed for our stay. Overall, a very positive experience with no complaints. We would happily stay here again.

We thoroughly enjoyed our stay at Casa Pince. Its location in the heart of the Gothic Center was the perfect base for our visit to Barcelona. The hotel staff was friendly and helpful and the rooms were quite comfortable. I highly recommend adding on breakfast. It was cooked to order and delicious.

This property was great for our one night stop. It's a great location that allows you to quickly explore the vibrant neighborhood. Not many amenities because there is so much outside to explore but they do have a rooftop and the attached restaurant. The neighborhood is loud if you're sensitive to that may not be your place but for a short stay or if you love being in the active part of town (us) this is a great place to stay. The room was clean but small. The elevator is small so you might be forced to use the stairs. It's in a very busy part of town so taking an uber to the hotel can be a challenge we took a bus and it was an enjoyable 12min scenic walk.

The hotel is located in the Gothic Quarter, so there are plenty of things to see around. The staff were incredibly friendly and helpful, and the room was very clean. We stayed with our 1-year-old baby, and it was so convenient because they provided a baby crib.
