Our stay was enjoyable because the bar and food options were excellent. The hotel is beautiful, and it's just recently under renovation, clean, and full of staff. The location was lovely, and a pharmacy and a shop were both only a 5 minute walk away. With slides for all ages, the pool facilities were superb. The room's air conditioning was the only drawback because it was not too warm. The food and beverage options were diverse, and the cuisine was tasty and fresh. The bar's included ice creams were a great option, and the all-day buffet by the pool was so convenient. There is a large pool for everyone, both for adults and children, and the pool facilities were excellent.

My experience was very rewarding. The staff are really good with the food that they serve and the different theme nights have a lot of the good stuff. The rooms are comfortable, the cleaning staff is also very good and the bathroom has good cleanliness. There is a free parking area downstairs. No complaint but it's recommended.

If your on the higher level, you may need to wait a long time for an elevator. We frequently stayed at the hotel because of family visits. In 2019 when we visited as well, some areas have undergone improvements. Pros include free underground parking, clean, contemporary rooms, large hotel with lots of lounge areas, amazing panoramas, and tasty meals prepared correctly. If your kids have trouble with food, the main restaurant has few options. Snack bar close to the pool, where you may get certain ice creams as part of an allinclusive. Cons It appears that there is a strange drain odor in the rooms we were on and off of the floor, which were strangely odorous in both rooms we occupied. In general, most other lodgings close, check-out is 1030 normally 12 pm. The entertainment is terrible, but the majority of similar lodgings in the area are pretty much the same. You must wait for elevators a considerable time if your on the higher floors. Also, there was a lack of lifeguards. As the pool was busy and still low season was still present, he was the only one on duty, covering two pool areas and putting lounges out and putting them away. For the fourth season, I would suggest staying here. The hotel is in an excellent position, and for the length of your sun you have to stay, it can be a little windy at times. In April, we attended the festival torrequebrada. To gain more space, we upgraded to a suite. Even though there were three of us, the room was very roomy, with two televisions, a cot, and two tea bags, as well as one coffee sachet. If you used them up, you could buy more. There are numerous outlets. The restroom was roomy, and it was great, with a walk-in shower. The main bedroom space has gaps in the laminate for some reason, ranging in size to around seven in total. I'm not sure why these weren't properly fixed or filled, as it gave off the impression that it was unfinished. There are three elevators, but the first one is on, which makes the bed seem unfinished. As a result, you must walk the length of the restaurant to obtain some cold milk from the cereal selection if you enjoy milk and don't like it. The meals are mediocre, some nights are more fun. There aren't many vegetables in sight, and some evenings will be better than others. Even if there isn't a lot of French or Spanish speakers in the

With my husband and 2 girls, we have remained at this hotel for 10 days. The hotel was nice, the mattress was very comfortable, and the views from the double room were breathtaking. Thank you so much to the animation team! What a team! The hotel management should be very fortunate to have them! Last night, a French girl with short hair and a girl with curly hair performed a kids disco, and I know they do the same over and over again each night, but they seem to enjoy doing it at all times. It was incredible to see them all have fun with children, and it was wonderful to watch them all. It's incredible to have such a competent animation team, such a great yoga teacher, and a funny spanish guy from the animation team who wasn't very stretchy most of all in Madrid, they were all very friendly! The hotel has a significant advantage in this area. The meal was acceptable but not 5 stars, but we did discover some delicious meals every evening, only the desserts were always somewhat the same. The Mexican evening meal was wonderful. Kids swimming pool is very slippery, so ensure you get pool shoes for the kids.
