The room was good but there was noise from the elevator that was being used only once in the night rather than twice. We were offered a different room, which we declined. The breakfast was good, and it costs 15 euros to park in the garage.

I had a wonderful time staying here, besides that this is a nice hotel and I feel very satisfied. The location is also strategic because it is close to Plaza Mayor. They provide parking near the hotel and when we complained about the parking problem, they immediately offered us a room in a different location across the road, which was much wider. The staff were excellent, especially the lady that helped us with the parking issue. The condition of the rooms were simple but modern and spotless and clean. The bed was comfortable.

This hotel is quite well located, 10 minutes from Plaza Mayor. The room is big enough, comfortable mattress, large bathroom with an old tub. Hope not having noisy neighbors next door, because soundproof seems to be optional! A kettle and tissue box would be appreciated. Big breakfast with many options. For the price you pay, it could have been much better!.

Excellent location to stay not far from the old town, you can walk through every aspect and see all the sights. Although the hotel is outdated, we reserved junior shita at a very reasonable cost, and both rooms were large and well-arranged, making traveling like us with a lot of luggage simple. The restroom could be improved and more contemporary. However, the bed was cozy. The area offers free parking. And the receptionist was extremely accommodating with anything. Breakfast wasn't too varied and not very rich, but my corona contributed to that. Breakfast is served in a surrounding bar and cafe. We had a minor cleanliness issue, but mars nines made it happen and was so kind to give us a complimentary bottle of wine with some tapas. We had to get out of town quite early, so we booked the breakfast that we had paid for to get ready for the trip, but they didn't do it, so we had to discard half of it.

The hotel is very comfortable, new furniture and mattresses, well equipped bathroom, great breakfast. The only disadvantage is the 35 inclination on the way from old town to the hotel.
