The hotel is located in a quiet location near the beach, shops, bars, and bus stop. The hotel staff is friendly and helpful at all times. Good food, cakes and fruit.

It has amazing stone floors, tasty food, and wonderful personnel, both in the restaurant and lobby bar. Excellent shower, bed linen, towels, drinks, and fantastic staff, such as raul, maria, mel, the receptionist with curly, blond hair, and also housekeeping Maria, all made sure the room was spotless and tidy. The panoramas of the countryside and the beach were excellent, with a beautiful panorama of lush gardens and the sea. Upgrade as soon as you can. Sadly, there are way too many drunk German men drinking all inclusive as there will be no tomorrow. Shaming sort of tourist, poorly dressed in the restaurant, sports shoes, sport equipment, nightclub t-shirts from megapark and bierkonig the entire week without any wash, really do not understand how someone can come to a paradise island like Mallory simply to get drunk and disturb other people? Really hoping that the hotels will soon change their policies, no more all inclusive and higher alcohol prices, and a limit per person would be very effective. I hope the hotels will change their policies soon, there are no more all-inclusive packages from germany asap, no more all-inclusive and higher alcohol costs, and limit per person would be very effective. The rooms are small but very clean, the food was good, but the service needs to be improved. Indoor pool and 2 saunas are free, wifi is a bit slow. It is located in a quiet area, 10 minutes on foot to the beach.

We booked in as a pair for seven nights and utilized the all-inclusive option. Although the meals were not what we expected, they were quite decent and tasty. As all-inclusive guests, only national spirits are available. The hotel, rooms, and pool area were spotless and well-kept. Since we arrived late in the evening, it was good for us that we could get a late check-out charge of an additional 25 euros. From our balcony, the bay's panorama was fantastic, especially at dusk. A few of the personnel were extremely pleasant and accommodating, and we really felt at home. In particular, I'd like to point you guys to the pool bar. The playa de la Palma is a relatively good position, a 1015-minute stroll away. Although there isn't a lot of variety, it is still high-quality and delectable. Only national spirits are offered as a group member. There are no particular semblance between the food we had anticipated and nothing comparable to Mexican or Turkey ai. Even so, the food was of good quality and delectable. We were able to reserve a late check-out for an additional 25 euros due to our later flight. This is my three reasons to go to playa de palm. There are many good hotels in Playa de Palm, but very few are centrally located in such a quiet location, it's like a magic trick just a few minutes from Megapark, bus stops to palm or airport, resort center and the beach, but it might as well be a silent part of roller or pollen. two excellent restaurants, delicious, unpretentious freshly prepared food and a spotlessly clean estate shared amenities with another great property, Taurus Park. Three and most importantly, the smartest, nicest, most polite and hardworking team I have ever met. From the excellent cleaners to the exceptional squad at the restaurant to the professional bar staff and the multilingual and talented reception team everyone knew what they were doing and you can immediately tell that it's not just a disparate group of people this is a dedicated group that makes each customer and every day count. Note to gruphotel, guest relations is a genuine talent gracious, professional, quickwitted and exceptional company representative.
