Check-in time must be arranged with the apartment management in advance. Guests must notify the management of their arrival time at least 24 hours in advance.
Late arrivals (after 8:00 PM) must also be notified 24 hours in advance. Guests who fail to notify the management of their arrival after 8:00 PM may be considered a no-show.
Baby crib EUR 10 per night. Subject to availability.
Cleaning fee EUR 10 daily (per request).
In rooms with air conditioning, the use of air conditioning is available for an additional fee of 10 euros per day.
Late check-in between 08:00 PM and 11:00 PM: EUR 15. Check-in after 11:00 PM: EUR 30. Subject to availability and prior confirmation by the property.
Laundry service fee EUR 15.
Luggage storage on check out date before 06:00 PM is EUR 10. After 18:00 extra charge for each additional hour is 5 euros, but not more than until 20:00.
Please note that guests are required to pay a security deposit of €100 before check-in. The security deposit will be blocked from your credit card and will be returned after check-out.
