I had an incredible holiday, being solo somewhere you have never been before can be daunting but everything was absolutely excellent, from my room (gold suite) to the service, I cannot describe how fantastic it was. I attended the pool party which was ten times bigger than I expected but an amazing experience. The only thing I would say is the hotel is not walking distance to any nice beaches or where I wanted to go so I was spending €40-€60 per day when I wanted to explore but other than that I have not got one bad thing to say about anything. I would return in a heartbeat!

We have just returned from an amazing stay at the Hard Rock Hotel Tenerife and honestly could not fault a thing. The hotel is absolutely gorgeous, spotlessly clean, and has a fun, stylish atmosphere throughout. The food was fantastic with plenty of choice, and every member of staff we met was friendly and welcoming. A special mention has to go to Fra (Ramones), who made such a positive impact on our holiday. From the moment we arrived, he welcomed us warmly, showed us to our room, explained everything we needed to know about the hotel, provided useful contact numbers, and gave us great tips about the local area. Every time we saw him throughout our stay, he always stopped to say “Hello family” and ask how our day had been. Nothing was ever too much trouble, and he genuinely took the time to make guests feel valued. He works incredibly hard and is a real credit to the hotel. We hope he receives the recognition he deserves. We also loved all the activities around the pool, especially the volleyball and netball games in the afternoons. There was always someone nearby to take drink orders, which made relaxing by the pool even more enjoyable. The entertainment was excellent every evening and added to the fantastic atmosphere. We had zero issues during our stay and thoroughly enjoyed every moment. Thank you to everyone at the Hard Rock Hotel Tenerife for making our holiday so special. We are already looking forward to coming back!

I recently stayed at the Hard Rock Café Hotel in Tenerife, and it was an outstanding experience. From the moment we arrived, John at the front desk was incredibly kind, explaining everything clearly—where the restaurants were, and all the facilities we could use. He was so cheerful, and we immediately felt warmly welcomed. The hotel itself was excellent—great condition, spotless rooms, and an overall pristine atmosphere. I also want to give special thanks to some truly remarkable people at Eden Pool: Karen and Ivan at the bar, and Daniela outside the bar. They served us drinks with such professionalism, always with a smile and exceptional service. Everything was beautiful, everything was extraordinary. The entire area was so clean, with a fantastic pool and great music from a DJ. The vibe at the hotel was so vibrant and perfect for relaxation, especially in the evening when the atmosphere became magical. I highly recommend this hotel to anyone looking for a fantastic stay.

Fantastic hotel in a great location with excellent facilities and entertainment. The hotel is very well maintained and our room was gorgeous and kept spotless throughout our stay. We stayed in a Rock Royalty room with the added perk of 15th-floor lounge access which was well worth it. We also had a separate VIP check in on the 13th floor. The staff were fantastic and breakfast in the RR lounge was excellent, with plenty of choice and eggs your way cooked to order. I had Eggs Benedict most mornings which I really enjoyed. We stayed All Inclusive and were impressed by the quality and variety of both the food and drinks. There were plenty of options and the standard was consistently high. We spent most of our time at the adults-only Eden Pool, which had a great atmosphere. The DJs played excellent music throughout the day without it being too overbearing or intrusive. The spa was one of the best I’ve visited. The thermal circuit was fantastic and even included a snow room. I also had a facial which was incredibly relaxing. My partner used the gym and found it had everything he needed. Our only disappointment was that the Friday White Party was cancelled due to the weather, but given how great the entertainment was throughout our stay, we’re sure it would’ve been another highlight of the holiday. Overall, a fantastic holiday and we wouldn’t hesitate to return! 😁

Rien à dire, tout etait au top!! Personne ne s arrete, tout le monde travail et avec le sourire, non pas un sourire commerciale, mais le vrai sourire humain Le service, les prestations, bla bla bla. Ce qui change de beaucoup d' autres hotels, c est les petits regards souriant du personnel. Pensee particuliere pour Myriam, Almudena, Karina toujours prete a nous servir! Bien d autres personnes sont spectaculaires, je pense a Vicky qui nettoie les immondices de certains clients, et quand vous croisez son regard, il y a toujours un sourire.... ne changez rien!!! Une pensee pour Alexandru a l accueil, qui nous a bien orienté et qui parle tres bien le français. Bravo aux managers Super buffet diversifiés que ce soit pour le petit dejeuner et repas et toujours remplie peu importe l heure. Hotel bien pensé pour une famille Airs de jeux exterieur, pour les petits comme pr les ados , salle de jeux videos pr les ados puis cette option de consoles ds certaines chambres, sont un + spa , salle de sport, massages Les 3 piscines sont propres. Tout les matins tout est nettoyés jusqu au sol et transat.. Animations au lagoon aquagym 3 restaurants, magasins Stand photos souvenirs Concert tout les soirs Ils sont au taquet au moindre soucis du client. Les chambres sont faites tout les jours. Les espaces ds les chambres sont au top. Les amenagements sur les balcons vous permette de vous detendre avec un bouquin ou voir le coucher de soleil Severine , Fred et Timeo vandecaveye costa

Excellent hotel. Staff are amazing. Plenty of choice in the buffet. Particularly enjoyed The Beach Club restaurant. Pools are heated and there’s always loads of sunbeds available. Pool towels are also provided. Enjoyed the evening entertainment and bar staff always walking around ready to fetch you drinks.

Planned maintenance works will take place at Hard Rock Hotel Tenerife from September 1, 2026.
