Como o quarto em que ficamos não tem janela, mas tem chuveiro dentro, cheira a mofo e o teto em cima da parte da ducha parecia estar pingando água desde antes do banho. O quarto era exatamente como na foto. Eu quem não tinha reparado que não tinha janela já na foto. Os banheiros compartilhados (somente com a sanita) estavam bem limpos sempre, estava tudo bem. Mas os lençóis, roupa de cama, cheiravam à guardado ou mofado, infelizmente. A localização é boa mas não ficaria lá novamente. A atendente era simpática e foi gentil a nos receber mesmo depois da meia noite.

Cet établissement ne correspond pas à ce qui est annoncé. Nous avons réservé 3 nuits via votre plateforme, attirés par les photos et la description. À l’arrivée, la réalité était bien différente : - Pas de salle de bain privée : seule la douche était dans la chambre, les WC et le lavabo étaient communs sur le palier (non précisé dans l’annonce). - Aucune fenêtre dans la chambre (non mentionné), rendant l’espace sombre et étouffant. - Climatisation hors service malgré sa mention dans l’annonce, ce qui a rendu les nuits invivables. Autres problèmes majeurs : - Insonorisation inexistante : bruits de douches, pleurs et cris de l’enfant de la gérante (qui vit sur place). - Surbooking : nous avons assisté à une situation où deux clients avec réservation payée n’ont pas eu de chambre disponible. - Communication difficile : la gérante ne parlait ni français ni anglais. Points positifs : Les draps et les toilettes étaient propres. Conclusion : Exigez des précisions sur l’équipement de la chambre avant de réserver. Nous avons écourté notre séjour d’une nuit sans remboursement. À éviter absolument.
