The hotel is located in an apartment complex so the entry can be quiet tricky. The rooms aren’t sound proof so it can be a bit disturbing at night. But 10/10 for the location it is very central and I have done the city tour in one day walking!

Arriving was awkward and confusing because i received incomplete access instructions and there was no one at reception to receive/help me. That aside, I loved the hotel, the staff and the location. Seriously, the staff deserves a 20/10. I would absolutely stay here again!!!

Room and hotel is so clean when we arrived, staff is available cause we checked in at 3pm. Note that they don’t always have staff in the front, but they are always available in the screen provided in the main door. Staff are available in person during morning and at night. Felt extremely safe and relaxed in this hotel. We truly enjoyed our stay and we will definitely come back. Access to the property is easy too when you learned how to properly access everything. You have to get the code from the link that they will sent you and use that code to access main doors and rooms. Hotel rooms can be locked as well so it’s safe and nice. Water pressure is good, but don’t waste hot water for nothing. Muchas gracias Hotel Negresco!

The Hotel itself is very nice, clean and organized. The only thing that I can comment about is there is no big visible sign on the name of the Hotel in front, albeit there is a small one but if you are not detail oriented, you will miss the sign. Our stay otherwise has been great. It’s near to where the metro is and staff were nice and helpful.

Exactly what you need. The necessary and big enough. Check-in was a little bit complicated... Because y didn't see the message they sent me. Very central, a lot of things in walking distance and bus stop directly in front of the door.
