City Tax

For all guest bookings with period of stay from November 1st 2012 onwards, a city tax must be paid directly to the hotel during check out for a maximum of 7 consecutive nights.

5* Hotel: A city tax of 2.50 per person per night in Barcelona and Catalonia;
4* Hotel: A city tax of 1.25 Euro per person per night in Barcelona (1 Euro in Catalonia);
Rest of Hotels & Apartments: A city tax of 0.75 Euros per person, per night in Barcelona (0.50 Euros in Catalonia).

This is an additional charge and it is NOT INCLUDED in the room rate.
ARRIVAL: 24H ReceptionTOURIST TAXES will be requested at your arrival. Amount per person (+16 years) and per night. As this is a government levy, that will never be charged within the total of the reservation, neither before the arrival.SERVICES:A baby kit suitable for children under 1 year and weighing less than 15 kg, is available on request. The kit includes a cot with 1 bed sheet and a high chair for infants aged from 6 months old. Extra charges applied (from 33€)When travelling with pets, please note that an extra charge applies: 20 EUR per pet and per day . Please note that pets weighing less than 10 kg are allowed. (maximum 1 pet per room)-The Spa Area offers an access of 2 relaxed hours under an extra cost and it is subject to availability due to its limited capacity.- Please note children under 14 years old are not allowed in the spa.-The hotel offers daily cleanning and the towels and bed linen are changed every 3 days.BOOKING CONDITIONS:When booking more than 4 rooms, different policies and additional supplements may apply.Please note that the service charge applies to all bookings and it is not refundable.Please note that all guests need to provide a valid ID/government-issued ID/passport at check-in.Guests are required to show a photo identification and credit card upon check-in.
