Spacious room (apartment / suite) . Very clean. Good cooking facilities. Breakfast buffet was excellent. Gym, pool, bar all spot on. And above all extremely helpful and friendly staff.

Für Familien sind die Apartments ideal geeignet. Das Essen war abwechslungsreich und lecker. Die Atmosphäre im Speisesaal ist im vorderen Teil recht laut und unruhig, aber im hinteren Teil durchaus akzeptabel. Der Poolbereich ist sauber und die Liegebereiche sehr abwechslungsreich mit Bäumen und Palmen die für Schatten sorgen. Die Zimmer sind modern und in gutem Zustand, an der Reinigung gab es nichts zu beanstanden. Der Service war nett und jederzeit hilfsbereit. Wir waren dort mit der gesamten Familie und auch die kleinen Kinder haben sich sehr wohlgefühlt. Der Strand ist nur ca. 3 Minuten entfernt und der Boulevard bietet für alle eine Menge Abwechslung. Wir waren schon das 2. Mal im Hotel und würden jederzeit wieder buchen, da auch das Preis- / Leistungsverhältnis sehr gut ist.

Wir haben uns sehr wohl gefühlt. Das Hotel ist sauber. Die Außenanlage ist sehr hübsch angelegt und wir hatten immer eine freie Liege gefunden. Die Abendanimation ist unterhaltsam, jedoch die Lautsprecher schaffen die eingestellte Lautstärke nicht. Das Essen war abwechslungsreich und man hat zu jeder Mahlzeit einen freien Tisch gefunden.

Lovely hotel, a little old (not tatty) but spotlessly clean with welcolming staff. Our bedroom was lovely, really large with a sitting area and large balconey. The hotel is a few minutes walk from the gorgeous/clean beach. The resort is mainly German focussed but it made a refreshing change from the normal 'British' resorts and all the little Spanish bars were fab and very friendly. Would definitely go back.

The only real complaint I had was that the beach could have been cleaner, lots of cigarette buds and palm tree leaves and twigs, however the sea is beautiful.

Insgesamt eine sehr gute Anlage, speziell für Familien mit Kindern. Sehr freundliches und hilfsbereites Personal, schöne Pool- und Außenanlage. auch für kleine Kinder, mit ausreichenden Liegen und netter Kinderanimation. Der Strand ist nur ca. 200m entfernt und in der Regel nicht überlaufen. Das Essen war abwechslungsreich und vielfältig vom Sushi-Buffet, über mehrere Sorten Fisch und Fleisch, vielen Salaten, bis zu diversen Desserts. Das Frühstück war ebenfalls sehr gut. Leider hat der Speisesaal, eher ein Ambiente, wie eine Kantine, da er sich im Untergeschoss befindet, aber dafür gut klimatisiert ist. Die Zimmer ( Appartements ) sind groß und mit Klimaanlagen gut ausgestattet, aber teilweise am Abend laut durch die Animation des Nachbarhotels. Die Sauberkeit der Anlage war insgesamt gut, speziell im Poolbereich, aber bei den Zimmer abhängig von den Reinigungskräften. Wir hatten Glück und keine Beschwerden, anders bei unseren Mitreisenden, die häufig nur eine sehr oberflächliche Reinigung bekommen haben und mehrfach dieses auch beanstanden mussten. Insgesamt ein sehr schönes Hotel für Familien, welches wir auf jeden Fall weiterempfehlen können.

Jag och min son har bott här på HSM S'Olivera i 7 nätter. Det är rent, trevlig personal som gärna pratar tyska, fint vid poolen med bra underhållning både för barn och vuxna, champagne till riktigt bra frukost. De flesta gästerna är från Tyskland (rökte mycket vid poolen), man är tvungen att betala extra för WiFi och säkerhetsbox, det är hårda sängar på rummet, kontant betalning krävs.

Nun ja - vier Sterne verdient dieses Hotel nicht. Parkplätze sind so gut wie keine vorhanden. Der Poolbereich ist nett gestaltet, die Poolbar aber geschmacklos hingestellt und alles aus Plastik. Der Essenraum im Keller leider ungemütlich und zu voll gestellt. Das Essen unter Lampen warm gehalten und meistens nur lauwarm. Fleisch immer zäh und das Gemüse leider auch immer verkocht. Die Ober waren unmotiviert was wohl auch an der Gästeauswahl lag. Das Hotelpersonal hat sich hier deutlich der Abwertung der Sterne angepasst. Die Zimmer waren OK und sauber. Die abendliche Animation leider viel zu laut und auch zu lang - teilweise bis 24 Uhr.
