This is a beautiful hotel in a great location. The bed and pillows are so comfortable you want to bring them home. When we were half board, there was a good selection of foods at both breakfast and evening meals. The staff was helpful and kind. The receptionists went above and beyond to make everything perfect. Thank you, plus we will be back.

This time we stayed at this hotel and it has been renovated, we had a few problems. Even though they had been fixed very quickly, they were all acceptable to us. We are also very satisfied with the food that we eat. The pool area is very soothing, so we can relax without having to be quick on the beach. The view of the sea is also nice, it's worth paying more for this experience.

It's a good idea to choose an excellent place to stay here. The breakfast is good, but the climate is cool so we don't have to worry about the pandemic.

The rooms look modern and there's no need to worry about the sea view view, as this is a side street overlooking another building. We were due to stay at illusion moreno in July 2020, but due to the pandemic, they were moved to another nearby hotel. We were shocked when we discovered the hotel almost by accident in the opposite of what we expected. We would like to comment on the location of the hotel, though, because obviously I have not stayed here so can't comment on the food, rooms, staff, etc. The hotel's operation was closed because I can't comment on the hotel's operational operations as I have before, but I think this information may be useful to future vacationers. In july 2020, we were meant to stay at illusion Moreno, but they closed due to a pandemic. But I wanted to comment on the location of the hotel because we were shocked to find it nearly by accident to be completely contrary to our expectations. The front of the hotel is facing a few English bars and small stores. Rooms look modern from the street. A disused fantasy park looked like it had been left to ruin on the other side of the hotel, and it offers part sea view. It is on a side road with a view of another building, so there is some view. The hotel does not face the ocean, and the pool isn't
