Bereits die Ankunft versprach, dass es ein toller Aufenthalt werden würde. Wir wurden so freundlich begrüßt, das war eine Freude! Da unsere Anreise sich stark verzögert hatte, durften wir direkt vor dem Check-in erstmal essen, das hat mir den Abend schonmal gerettet. Das Hotel ist auch optisch total schön, die Lobby lädt zum verweilen ein und die Lage direkt erste Reihe am Meer ist unschlagbar! Nicht nur die Rezeptionistin war außergewöhnlich freundlich, sondern ausnahmslos alle Angestellten. Jeder hatte ein Lächeln für Einen, Alle waren stets hilfsbereit - und dass die Angestellten untereinander auch gern mal gescherzt haben, hat wirklich gute Laune verbreitet. Das Zimmer war sehr schön, sauber, indirekter Meerblick heißt, dass man vom Balkon aus seitlich schön aufs Meer blicken kann. Vielleicht ist das Bad ein bisschen klein, aber durchaus ausreichend. Das Frühstück war hervorragend, alles was das Herz begehrt. Spiegelei, individuelle Rührei Kreationen und Pancakes werden frisch zubereitet. Einzig der Kaffee schmeckt leider gar nicht. Das Abendessen bietet auch so viel Auswahl, dass Jeder etwas finden kann. Dort wo morgens das Rührei frisch zubereitet wird, wird abends Fisch und sporadisch auch Fleisch frisch gebrutzelt. Unsere Ausflüge haben wir auch über die Rezeption geregelt, hat super geklappt. Als Hotels.com Gold Kunde hatten wir Anspruch auf ne Flasche Sekt, nach Nachfragen bekamen wir auch diese aufs Zimmer geliefert. Wir waren wirklich mega zufrieden!

We really enjoyed staying at this hotel, the beach is amazing, the water can be very calm or it can have some waves it depends on the weather how windy is, breakfast was very good you’ll find something to eat as well for dinner, AC in the room was not great and also the rooms will need some remodeling, you’ll need to bring your own towel to go to the beach, also at the beach you can rent 2 chairs and an umbrella for 18.15 euros per day, plenty good places to eat and grab some snacks, we loved Can Picafort, very good for families.

Die Suite auf dem Dach ist sehr zu empfehlen. Service am Pool und Strand außerordentlich gut. Die Auswahl des frühstück-Buffets könnte besser sein, öfter nachgefüllt werden.

I stayed here from 2nd-9th October. I stayed at another JS Hotel in May that was ok but the food was not the best. However, the JS Miramar is excellent. Reception staff were all very helpful and friendly, particularly Jonathan who was very welcoming and helpful in organising me a room that I had asked about. The positioning of the Hotel is superb, right on the beach front, very relaxing listening to the waves crashing in from my room. For me a perfect base to get to the tramuntana mountains by bike which was my main reason for visiting, I was out every day. There is a secure storage room for bikes in the basement. The food quality was very good with lots of choice, restaurant and kitchen staff very helpful and provided a speedy service. I would definitely stay here again

Absolutely immaculate hotel with fantastic staff. Food was out of this world, service was attentive, but not overly so. And as for the location, well, it doesn't get any better than this hotel. And as a bonus, breakfast is served from 0730 and my pick up to the airport was at 0645 but the guy on reception showed me to the restaurant where a cold buffet awaited me as well as coffee, fresh juice etc. This will be the first hotel I look at booking if i return to thus resort. Well do to all involved.

Sehr sauberes schönes und gemütliches Hotel direkt am kilometerlangen Sandstrand. Sehr gutes und reichhaltiges Essen, für jeden ist etwas passendes dabei.Das Personal ist duchweg sehr freundlich und hilfsbereit. Ich fühle mich immer gleich wie zu zu Hause. Immer meine 1. Wahl. Die Zimmer sind ausreichend, haben einen Kühlschrank (gegen Gebühr) einen Safe (gegen Gebühr) und leider kostet das WLan auch Danke für alles und bis zum nächsten Jahr

He tenido una estancia muy agradable.El hotel muy bien situado, tranquilo y sobre todo destacaria la amabilidad del personal que en todo momento estaba pendiente de los clientes.Destacaria, en especial, a Alex, un chico de Cádiz, encantador que que nos hizo la estancia supercómoda, amena y nos informó de lugares para visitar y comer.Un chico 10.Pero el resto del personal también merece mención por su servicio y amabilidad.Volvería,sin duda, a este hotel
