It was a pleasant surprise, a lovely clean and spacious hotel in a part of las palms I rarely visit. The staff was very helpful and friendly and the bonus was choc and water in the room.

Nice hotel with clean rooms and very helpful and friendly staff. We were checked into a room on the ground floor, which we found to be very noisy due to the street traffic. We were able to switch to the third floor, which was more comfortable. Nice park with cafe across street for relaxing. Convenient for walking to restaurants on Las Cameras Beach and bus stops outside the hotel. We took not the bus from here to the old town. We purchased bus passes for 10 euros including 1.50 for card cost which covered 10 trips anywhere in Las Palms Municipality.

The hotel is lovely and contemporary, just like the staff. The rooms are clean, overlooking a beautiful park and harbor, five minutes' walk from Las Cameras Beach. The historic center can be reached in 20 minutes by bus, which stops right at the hotel, but this area of town isn't the most attractive. We used to eat breakfast there, and in the evening, we went up to drink some wine and see the beautiful scenery.
