Hotel céntrico, en plena calle Castillo. Para los q no conozcáis Santa Cruz de Tenerife, es la calle de las compras desde siempre. Además es una zona peatonal, así q no es ruidosa. Pero si vais con coche, hay un parking público muy cerca.

The hotel is very expensive and is not worth it if you do not do a May fast. This place is beautiful, the setting is quiet. It will make you look more at home. The staff are not very kind. You will find fish, vegetable and salad every day, sometimes the same vegetables for 2 days, and of course, there is no salad for lunch. If you book the low carb diet, it can be tasty and exciting. And, if you don't do May Fasting, your room will not be very nice. This place has a very low price. They have a very good condition and nice view. However, the service is not professional, and the location is also good. Then, there is no community table in the hotel. This place is very different. They provide one guided hike per week. However, the price is very expensive. Besides that, the location is very strategic. Plus, their service is very good.

We will be back to this hotel again. Good value, good service, clean, nice staff, breakfast a little boring after a few days, but the lady serving it was very nice. We had so much fun. The service is great and the food is perfect.

Für eine Städtereise mit kurzen Aufenthalten im Hotelzimmer gut. Morgens hat die Reinigungskraft um halb 7 immer kurz Lärm gemacht, sonst war es ruhig.

The hotel is basic a literally a room, reception is via another hotel a few doors up, convenient for shops and transport links. I made the mistake of assuming air conditioning was available but there isn’t any and it isn’t advertised as an amenity so the room was too hot for me. As a suggestion, a fan would be an option.

Tenerife informs about water shortage and the hotel gives instructions on how to indicate to cleaners that towels do not need to be changed. They change them anyway! Calle de Castillo right beneth the window is a pedestrian area but quite noisy at night. The room was clean and spacious though

Centralt billigt hotell, men man får vad man betalar för, litet rum, dålig säng, städning sådär, glömde bädda en dag, tog två handukar, ersatte med en annan dag. Hål på badlakan och sängkläder och extremt lyhört. Va dessutom nyårsveckan med fest på torg o gatan utanför varje dag så omöjligt att sova. Personal i receptionen va väldigt trevliga så all gott till dom
