Pineapple Suite - heart of Malaga

Keeping the space clean, being an interior apartment with neighbors, we love the tranquility and rest, it is ideal to come and relax after getting to know the wonderful city, the apartment is totally renovated and adapted to have a comfortable stay and without problems, all that remains is to enjoy

Important: We must have the identity documents of all adults staying in our agoda according to the local legislation

Check out rules :
Our basic checkout time is 10:00 a.m.
For your information, we adapt our checkout schedule according to the check-in schedule of our next travelers.

We will send an automatic checkout reminder (10am) the day before your departure (around 4pm).

It is possible to request a late checkout at no extra charge if our schedule allows it, please write to us 24 hours in advance, so that we can answer you in time to say "YES" or "NO we are sorry".

Due to numerous problems with checkout times not being respected :
In case you did not leave by 10:00 am, and if you did not warn us, and if our cleaning staff has to wait for you to finish getting ready, we will be forced to ask you to pay 25 euros per hour of delay (the cost of the hourly work of our staff).

Of course, there will be no extra charge if you are a few minutes late, don't worry !

We have to write this rule here in the advertisement in order to be able to claim this supplement if the checkout time is really exaggerated...
If this rule was not written we would not be able to make a claim.

There are 2 problems concerning the late checkout not agreed and therefore a surprise effect for us... the 1st is the waiting time of the staff to be paid;
the second one is the delay in his work schedule,
Another is that the people penalized are the following travelers (it can be you yourself), since the apartment will not be prepared on time because of the late check out...

Thank you for your attention.
