-The apartment must be left clean and in good condition.

-Check the shutdown of lights and air conditioning.

-At the exit, the garbage must be deposited in the outer containers intended for this purpose. If it is not done, you can be penalised with €20 to be deducted from the deposit.

-The damage detected, as well as objects that may be missing, will be deducted from the authorised deposit.

Pool schedules

-June 1 to 15: weekends from 10.30 a.m. to 3 p.m. and from 5 p.m. to 8 p.m.

-From June 15 to September 1: every day from 10 a.m. to 3 p.m. and from 5 p.m. to 9 p.m.

-From September 01 to September 15: weekends from 10:30 a.m. to 3:00 p.m. and from 5:00 p.m. to 8:00 p.m.
