All our apartments are thoroughly cleaned before each check-in and after every check-out to ensure a comfortable stay. For extended stays, we offer the following complimentary housekeeping services: For stays of 4 nights or more: Your apartment will be tidied and rubbish removed on day 4. For stays of 8 nights or more: Your suite will be fully cleaned, with linen and towels changed and rubbish removed on day 8. If you require additional housekeeping services during your stay, these can be arranged through our Reception for an additional fee.
In accordance with Spanish legislation introduced in 2024, all guests are required to provide personal information and contact details during check-in. Guests aged 14 and above must also present valid identification details. To save time upon arrival, we encourage you to complete this process in advance using our convenient online check-in system.
Our office hours are from 9:00 AM to 8:00 PM daily. For your safety and convenience, security personnel are present on the premises outside of these hours. If you anticipate arriving after 8:00 PM, please inform us in advance of your estimated arrival time. Upon arrival, kindly use the intercom to alert our staff so we can assist you promptly.
