I only stayed one day because I was in need of a day room due to a late flight. The building is located on a street just off the sol. You must be prepared to walk to the next floor because there is no elevator. We clean, and the linen was spotless. The place is fairly ancient, and there is not a place for everyone to live. On the second floor, we had a two-person apartment, and there was a family with a child on top that was like the energizer bunny and kept jumping and running the entire time, so the good was also in our room. It's quite simple to check-in because once you have paid for the apartment, you download an app and open the building and apartment with a key on your phone. There is no staff present on the property.

The location was excellent! My 21-year-old son and I were able to walk to all of our destinations, without using public transportation except to Tortola. They also provided a shuttle service to the airport at a reasonable cost. I could people watch from my window while having a cup of coffee I made in the room. It was a wonderful start and close to long days of travel! When we needed to store our luggage before checking in, the staff was very welcoming and helpful. I heartily suggest it!.

The location. The beds, 2 single beds, and a double sofa bed were very comfy. 5. Every sleeping area should have a bathroom. 4. A terrace and a pleasant view from the kitchen lounge area. 5. The assistance of the staff at the nearby reception office and on the phone when it was necessary to resolve initial access problems. 6. Kitchen appliances including fridge, microwave, and small ceramic hob, adequate for a brief stay 7. Agreement, in our case, to waive the damage deposit. 8. Quick response to enquiries seeking clarification. Negatives 1. Lack of sensor access to the booked apartment ith floor was only stated later email, not on the application website. 2. Payment system. Instead of direct debit from the credit card details provided on booking, as usual, it was required to follow a sent email link. This raised security concerns. Thankfully no issues. 3. Remote registration via mobile app instead of face-to-face, i. E. Downloading of face and ID photos, which we found confusing because we had never encountered this procedure before, and having to use the app as information was sent in a late stage. 4. Using bluetooth to open the apartment entrance system. Another system that uses bluetooth to open the building and apartment code. It worked well and we used it throughout our stay. It would have been helpful to know this in advance. 5. Air is scarcely adequate. In Madrid July, the temperature is very hot.
