The apartments are situated in the centre of Las Palmas de Gran Canaria, 30 m from Las Canteras Beach and 700 m from Santa Catalina Park.
The complex was renovated in 1999 and offers a total of 27 apartments, 15 exterior, 11 interior and 1 penthouse with a large balcony. Facilities include a reception with limited hours, a hotel safe, lifts and a laundry service.
