We will certainly return in the future and wish everyone there the best of luck, we hope you manage the tough times in good times. From the end of february to the beginning of March 2020, we spent two weeks in the Taiga suites. Arriving when the sandstorm calm showed it's windy face, we were fortunately unable to land after the airport and the Puerto motorway were both closed. Our apartment was perfect, tidy, quite large, and in great shape. Everyone was incredibly kind and helpful, and we had a warm greeting. Very beautiful restroom. And the breakfast was excellent, with delicious foods, fresh juices, and decent varieties. A couple of years ago, we went to the hotel, and the change of ownership was fantastic. Now it's a family business, where guests are well-versed in what guests anticipate and enjoy. The pool and garden are both terrific. Luckily, we weren't affected at that time by the pandey, and we had a wonderful time. All the best!.

We stayed here for 2 weeks in June with our family staying in another suite. After arrival and departure we found everything and everyone there great. Nothing was too much trouble and the staff are very friendly and helpful. beautiful pool and garden. Breakfast was more than we expected and was beautiful. Thank you to the gardener he worked really hard to keep the place tidy. Also the room cleaners worked very hard. wouldnt hesitate to stay again. The taxi to the suites from town is around 5 which beats walking! Thank you Taiga Suites for a great holiday.

We recently got back from a four-week stay at the Taiga suites. These suites are exceptional because they are both stylish and fully furnished. The fact that the rooms were serviced six days a week and that a breakfast was included every day was the main draw for us. The breakfasts were delicious, with a wide variety of both continental and cooked foods. However, the best thing about the suites is the staff! Starting at the top, the family who owns the suites and the adjacent Taiga hotel are totally hands-on and are visible around the facilities each day. The reception staff are very helpful, speaks multiple languages and always go the extra mile when a letter informing us of our pickup time for our return journey they offered to open the breakfast room early so we could eat before leaving. Thanks to the chambermaids, jenny! They have achieved a serene oasis outside of town. We were there, and the walk into town was simple and we were inside, but we always took a taxi back, which cost only about 5 euros. The complex is finally extremely secure, with cut and your room key, which allows you to enter via the front and rear gates and the outside doors into the elevator area. You can also use the hotel's grounds, where you may enjoy a drink or eat at the a la carte restaurant. I apologize for the length of this review,

Overall, this was a fantastic place that I would recommend to anyone looking for a tranquil vacation on the island. When I reserved this apartment for my partner's birthday in January this year, it was quite complete with beautiful grounds, stunning apartments, great local facilities, stunning views, and some incredible touches of personal service. However, there were some negative factors associated with customer service. The entrance bell was broken when we got there, but the gate was open. Unbeknownst to us, we were supposed to walk through the gate and pick up the phone awaiting outside the reception area because reception is only open from 9:00 am 12 am. We strolled up to the hotel nearby but it was quite challenging to get our key when we were told we had to walk through the gate to pick up the phone after traveling for six hours. The following two mornings were greeted by a constant drilling noise for three hours. The location is fantastic and is only a short walk from the center of Puerto de la Cruz. The grounds are spectacular and well-designed. The room is spacious, light, and airy. As you would expect, the rooms do not have air conditioning, so I am thankful we didn't stay during a warmer climate. The kitchen is fully equipped for your basic cooking needs. The staff is incredibly pleasant, and there were some lovely personal service offerings, such as a birthday card and a photo book

We stayed in one of the one bedroom apartments on the ground floor and absolutely loved it. Plenty of space, large balcony, heated pool was great and normally empty. The view from the apartment was amazing, when the cloud cleared you can see the tide opposite and the ocean to the right, with palm trees in the taiga in the middle.
