We stayed for 3 nights during our trip to Sri Lanka. I'll start with the positives. Nice welcome with king coconut drink. Very modern rooms and reception. Longer warm sun. There is a great gown in the room. The most disappointing thing about this hotel. Firstly, it isn't as clean as you might anticipate. Dust on bedding, a lack of staff when going to order food etc. They also tried to charge us full english even though we only had eggs as vegetarians. The food is also expensive enough. There aren't many places around, so maybe going into a combo restaurant would be recommended.

The setting of the I villas is tranquil, with a cozy, cozy, tropical feel. Aside from its friendliness and assistance, owner david, his staff, and driver lakshmi, youll feel a sense of rest and calm. The firstfloor is a living room and sala sala on the first level. When I got there, the staff provided me with their warmest smile, the best smile Ive ever seen in my life, no excuses, unloaded my luggage from the car, and provided me with fresh coconut water. The property is wellkept and spotless. The interior is a tropical design. All areas have excellent free wifi with excellent connectivity. My room, royal suite 1, was on the second and third levels, not bothered by stairs, by the way. A very roomy royal suite 1 is present. It comes with a flat screen bed, cable channels, cozy lamps and lighting fixtures, a minibar, espresso, a fullength mirror, slippers, and bathrobes, a rattan sala set two chairs and a table, large windows that welcome sunlight and brighten the room at night, as well as a balcony. If you choose a cozy, tailback breakfast, lunch, supper, or supper at the bar on the third floor, you can order a buffet breakfast in the lobby and

This time I took a return vacation to Sri Lanka. I decided to stay at i. Villas as a stopover after a long flight before heading to the coast the year before. I remember what a wonderful peaceful place it was and how the perfect place to recharge was. The perfect place to start your next journey! Great refreshing pool!.

It was a horrible experience when I stayed at I villas with some of my pals in February 2016. To read the following list, this is the worst boutique hotel I've ever been to. The supervisor, secretary, known as Shima, is extremely unprofessional and hostile. She is incredibly rude and unwelcoming to guests. She does not comprehend what customer service is and doesn't pay attention to the needs of the visitors. She declined to give me room service when I requested it. Imagine paying such a high price for a hotel like this. The staff is highly inefficient and unfriendly. It took more than an hour to get to my room on the previous day when I requested room service. The food is overpriced and of poor quality. The bathrooms have hair from previous guests, and the bed linen has stains. This alleged boutique hotel is unquestionably not good value for money. Anyone can stay in a nice, opulent five-star hotel with excellent food, good service, and helpful staff for the price you pay for I villas.
