There is a small leak in the bathroom. The water goes to the room after the use. Check and check is simple and neat. Room needs some work. For a budget it's worth it.

The staff were very nice and friendly even though the door lock was broken, and they didn't have any towels or drinking water in my room, that just makes me annoyed. And then there's the Shoebox, despite that. Afterward, the receptionist was so awesome. After that, the receptionist and the food served were so bad. After that, they gave me room number 23 and floor. Subsequently, the room is very messy, but when I opened the door, there is no clean-up. Afterward, they have their own restaurant. Their service was so slow, and they give me room number 24 and floor. They say they're very disappointed with the quality of service because that's really an inconvenience.

This is an excellent hotel situated in Base Line Road, and we appreciated the artistic touch from the post office. The room was spacious. The location is great, next to a cinema, a food court, and a food city. We stayed for one night and called again, it was full, but the receptionist didn't understand English. The phone doesn't work very well.

I liked the facilities in the room, it was spacious, with a sofa in front of the to which also had some international channels via a local cable network. The no room service menu in the room, there was only one key between three people there was only two mini bars of soap between three people the initial attitude of the receptionist.

I would definitely recommend this hotel. I stayed 1 night in the hotel. Food city with food court, cinema is right next to the hotel. The room was clean and satisfied with the rooms amenities. Air conditioner, to and phone worked properly. Special thanks to the friendly staff.

The room seems quite square-shape and user-friendly. The TV works but not many channels to tinker with. Shower room’s water-draining is not fast enough, with water seeping out over the Barely-existent blockage while i was showering. Bed is soft and fine. One cockroach spotted, though it seems holiday staff already cleaned hard.

I have stayed here with family for 3 days. Front office staffs were friendly and helpful. Room amenities included Table Lamp, Extra sofa, LED TV, Coffee Maker, A/C, Fridge, Wardrobe, Safe Locker, Hot Water and Toiletries. There is a Cargills Food City Super Market right across the street where you can buy almost everything. As it is situated on a busy road, you will get Tuk Tuks or Buses easily. Even a rail station is nearby. ATMs are available with in walkable distance. Most of the Colombo city attractions were easily accessible from this place in a Tuk Tuk (with in almost 6-7 Km radius) The Check-in and Check out formalities were pretty easy and fast. The only things that would have been better are - 1. Despite Sri Lanka supporting both round pin and flat pin electrical sockets, this hotel carries only flat pin sockets. However, a socket converter is available cheaply at the Super Market across the road 2. Being a city hotel, the surroundings are not so scenic. The hotel just sit on the side of a busy street with a small lobby and literally no car porch. Parking is also limited. However it didn't bothered me much as anyway I was not traveling in my car to Sri Lanka :) 3. There are no great restaurants nearby though you have some options available Overall a pleasant experience to Sri Lanka.

The hotel is new and the staff was friendly. I booked a Deluxe double bed for 2 and it was not enough space. When you shower in the bathroom all the water runs everywhere in the bathroom. There’s no barrier that stops the water coming into the toilet area. It’s located on a very busy road. Had a hard time falling asleep because of all the noise from the traffic and construction on the road at the time visited.
