The stairs on the steep driveway are very unappealing. The entrance and lobby look gloomy. The room rate was so much expensive compared to other hotels. Overall the best accommodation rate per night includes everything you can get is 50 USD, not 91 USD. The employees were really welcoming and the view from the balcony was so amazing.

This small boutique hotel was so cool and well maintained. We got an excellent facility, neat facilities, and very friendly and helpful staff. And then there's the breakfast on the patio with so many beautiful views. And then, the quality and the money were very worth the price.

We had a fantastic time here. The women who ran the establishment were very friendly, and the breakfast was delicious. The rooms are very basic but very clean, with a comfortable bed and a modern bathroom, so they have everything you need. The views are beautiful. It is situated in an excellent position for ella town centre. excellent value for money.

We had a wonderful four-day stay at Havana Heights, a tranquil location away from frantic ella, which is a vibrant city filled with stores and eateries. Senadhi and his staff looked after us well. On arrival, we were given tea chocolate cake, fantastic breakfasts, especially banana pancakes with fermented palm oil, and a delectable Thai dinner with vegetables and fresh herbs from the garden. Senadhi offered a complimentary half-day tour in a tub and upgraded us to his penthouse. He also gave lots of useful information on local hiking places and interesting attractions. On our next visit toella, we will most certainly stop in Havana. Chris and cheryl.

We stayed here for 2 nights! The main street is only a 5 minute walk away. The room was very clean, and the ladies running the place are very friendly. Breakfast was so big, we didn't need lunch. Will stay here again. I was very happy.
