The hostel requires that the credit card holder’s name matches the guest’s name on the booking confirmation. The credit card used to make the reservation must be presented upon check-in.Please contact the property if you expect to arrive outside of check-in hours.There is no lift at this hostel. The rooms are just 1 floor up.Bed linen and towels are included in all room categories with the exception of group bookings of more than 15 people.Bed linen: 60 SEK per person & towels: 20 SEK per personPlease contact the property before arrival if you wish to rent bed linen/towels for group bookings of more than 15 people.Guests are required to show a photo identification and credit card upon check-in.
