We have previously stayed here and reviewed Crock Bica. The staff and cleanliness were excellent. This hotel had everything we liked, there was nothing that we could have improved. We particularly like the charging station for the electric car in the hotel parking lot. I will be back again.

We stayed at this family-run hotel for two nights in July 2019. We had made a terrible choice. Alberto Crock Bica is a few hundred meters from the heart of the town, so it is quieter than other hotels, but a major road runs directly in front of it. Our room no. 29 was large, with two cupboards and a really large bathroom. The hotel provides free use of a tiny sauna and Turkish bath, and they also have bicycles for guests' free use. The breakfast buffet is great, but what really outstanding is the kitchen. We ate dinner here both nights, and the food was delicious and worthy of the honors it has won. The staff was helpful, considerate, and professional. I was particularly impressed by the response of Taya, the front desk staff. We happened to meet the hotel owner, Claudio Zanolari. He turned out to be a funny host, exactly who you want to be in charge of your stay. I would not think twice about recommending Alberto Crock Bica which means the White Cross Hotel to anyone visiting this area.

We're incredibly pleased that we chose to stay here. The station is only a five-minute walk away. A beautiful, family-run hotel that is really well-run. Very comfy with an excellent restaurant. A lovely garden. The owner, Claudio, is also a chef. Nothing was too much trouble for his entire crew. The bedroom was spotless, and the beds were incredibly comfortable. A nice brunch with many options. The supper was outstanding. With the menus and wine chosen, we went with the Relax Package. Absolutely delectable. The Valposchiavo card, which included some local train and bus travel, museum entry, and the Sassalbo boat on Lago Poschiavo, was also beneficial for us. The area is stunningly lovely, with quick access to hiking and cycling.

I stayed at this hotel for 2 nights from not 2020. Our stay was wonderful. The room was big and clean with good wifi and no noise. We also got a wellness area with a sauna and steam bath. Breakfast is very good and lots to choose from. They also have a restaurant that I can recommend. Will stay here again.

Charming family run hotel near the italian border. Recently renovated with upscale and lovely interiors and rooms. Breakfast and dinner were truly wonderful. Claudio gave our group of 15 Swiss travelers from Georgia a tour of the family winery with wine tasting and alfresco lunch in the wine cellar alongside the chestnut wine barrels.
