Saya merasa sangat tertipu. Pemandangannya sangat indah dan stafnya penuh perhatian. Tapi itu tidak sebanding dengan harga yang saya bayar! Kepala pancuran, sangat kencang. Perapian buruk, semuanya terjadi. Saya sampai di kamar dan minibar terbuka, mereka bahkan tidak mengganti cangkir atau mencuci gelas, tata graha sangat buruk, untuk harga yang mereka tetapkan. Belum lagi saya memesan kamar melalui pemesanan selama 3 malam dan membayar EUR 1200 dua bulan sebelumnya, tetapi ketika saya tiba mereka menawarkan kamar yang sama seharga EUR 600. Saya merasa sangat tertipu.

Hotel ini tumbuh subur dengan pemandangan yang indah. Dari kamar dan dari restoran. Pelayanan sangat rapi dan berusaha keras, tetapi sayangnya perangkat kerasnya tidak tepat sama sekali. Kami memiliki junior suite dan menganggapnya agak memalukan. Harganya benar-benar tidak dapat dibenarkan.

We came for the breathtaking views, which havent changed. We have seen the hotel go from a 3 star to a 4 star to a 5 star as they have improved the property and service to earn 5 stars. It has become more expensive to stay. Our 5th visit in 23 years.

We are perplexed by some of the unfavorable reviews here because we are traveling with a group of female friends who have visited several countries and stayed in several fivestar hotels. The personnel was incredibly accommodating and kind. The rooms were tidy and wellkept. The views were breathtaking and experience was difficult to replicate because the hotel was tucked away on the side of a cliff. The downtown is a little bit of a walk, but if you do your research in advance, it is obvious. In conclusion, we would heartily suggest this hotel.

I would definitely recommend this hotel to anyone looking for an amazing experience. Absolutely fantastic hotel. The food was delicious, the service was great, the cleanliness was impeccable, and i really have to highlight the staffs attention, which was remarkable. The best experience ive ever had in a 5 star hotel between Naples, Capri and amalfi. Thank you especially to luca and all the tema for the great service. The negative reviews of 1/5 and 2/5 stars were simply incorrect, this was easily a 5 star experience. It is a 5 star hotel with more than 5 stars in terms of location, cleanliness, and service.

Where do i begin? The view, the rooms, the service, and the location. We couldnt have chosen a more ideal place to end our trip to italy. To wake up and look out the window to see that view, which is undoubtedly the best in sorrento, was a pure dream. I hope to return someday.

We did have lunch there even though we didnt stay on the property. The staff was very attentive and very friendly. We had several servers and they were all great. Luigi was very attentive, very friendly and had a sense of humor. The food was delicious and the views were unbeatable. We highly recommend it.

Excellent service. I heartily suggest stopping by for a meal after visiting bagni della Regina giovanna (swimming hole). Excellent restaurant with breathtaking views. Had the best pasta of our trip, the spaghetti with clams. The new gm was incredibly considerate and kind.

We are very grateful for the thoughtful bottle of prosecco and the note we received upon our arrival for our wedding anniversary. We couldnt be happier! The most stunning hotel we stayed at. The views are breathtaking, and the main area of sorrento is a short, easy, and lovely stroll away. The entire hotel is immaculate and exquisitely furnished in true italian style, and the staff is outstanding and extremely helpful. Our teenagers adored the pool, and one of the best features was the private hotel stroll that took us to the local beach, a true italian fishing village with stunning seafood restaurants and away from the crowds of tourists. A perfect spot for an afternoon aperol spritz in the sunshine. Ps delicious buffet breakfasts overlooking the sea are also fantastic! Thank you to the staff for the thoughtful bottle of prosecco and for the note we received for our wedding anniversary as well! Much appreciated and welcomed after a long journey.

We would definitely stay again. Last week, i stayed for 5 nights. Before going, i had read some unfavorable reviews, but these were unfounded in my perspective. Our room was spotless, cleaned daily, and towels were changed twice daily if needed. Beautiful views from our balcony. The staff was extremely friendly and helpful. Ated there 3 evenings. Yes, it was a bit expensive, but the food was excellent. The swam in the pool was very clean, and there was pool service. Ordered a few drinks while sunbathing on the poolside. Complimentary snacks in the room that were changed daily. The shower in the bath was quite awkward because there was not much room, but that would be our only complaint.

I dont understand why there are so many unfavorable reviews on this website. The staff, the views, everything was beautiful. Is it a 5star hotel? No, and you dont pay 5star prices. The pool area was clean and well maintained, and the rooms were clean with a breathtaking view of the sea. The front desk staff are very nice and helpful. Seriously, this place is amazing.
