Everything was great. Jane, the hostess, was great. Glad we were able to meet her in person. She was amazing, kind, lovely, and accommodating. The communication between us was excellent before and after our stay. The Janes apartment was delightful and nicely decorated. It was superior to our expectations. The apartment was immaculately clean and roomy, with a magnificent view of Matterhorn. It is fully equipped and conveniently located. Near restaurants, a grocery, shops, and Zermatt train station. I heartily endorse this hotel. Thank you for having us, Jane!.

We will definitely stay here again when we visit again. It's truly amazing when all your expectations as a guest are met. Our stay at Has Ascot was fantastic. Everything is worth it! The staff is friendly and welcoming and makes us feel special. Our first time in Zermatt was very memorable because of this place. The location is amazing and the cleanliness of the place is excellent.

Definitely the best place to stay in the mountains. We booked the studio for 4 nights and it was probably the best stay we've ever had in the mountains. Jane is the most amazing and helpful host and she went out of her way to make us feel welcome. We will definitely visit Zematt again and won't even bother looking for a new place to stay, we all book ascot again. The location is amazing, the studio is very beautiful and modern, has everything you need. Absolute 10 out of 10.

I absolutely can't wait to return to this motel. This is an excellent location! The personnel welcomed us with open arms when we arrived. She introduced us to our living area and gave us helpful advice and information during our visit. This hotel is conveniently located in the heart of the city. There are several pans nearby. Shopping, dining, and recreation are all within a 10-minute stroll. I adore cooking and was astonished at the kitchen because there were all the necessary utensils. Oh my gosh, I! Purchasing warm baked treats from the bakery across the street on the corner before we head off to the nearby hilltop playground with the children is my all-time favorite. Our long-glass front window reminded us of the stunning Matterhorn Mountain. We enjoy spending the night there and sipping wine and coffee in the sun. The entire ambience of the location made our stay so tranquil and soothing. My family is thank you a million.

The ascot was ideal for our fivesome. Our apartment on the third story had a breathtaking Matterhorn view. Both the furnishings and the decor were lovely and comfy. The unit was very comfy and accommodated everything we required. The apartment was extremely clean and tidy. The location is the greatest! All the elevators, the main street, and the train station are nearby. It took 57 minutes to stroll to wherever we wanted to go. David, the host, is amazing. She was incredibly attentive and well versed in information. She was very helpful with our insurance we were covered for couid, and she even assisted my sister with insurance, even though she was staying with judith! The entire group couldn't have been happier with the ascot, and we'll return when we visit Zermatt. We have no plans but to return and return! All Zermatt visitors should visit the ascot, in my opinion!.
