It's important to be aware that this is an old-fashioned shared bathroomshower place. We forgot about it in the booking, but upon arrival the lady at the counter was incredibly welcoming and started off our whole stay on a positive note. The property is well-run and kept in excellent condition. Sleep quality was among the best we've had in a long time at a European property. The location is ideal a 10-minute walk to the train station and an easy walk to the old town and lake. Very good with a delicious breakfast.

The good hotel located in a fantastic location. The location is perfect. They provide city transportation to any destination and on arrival they will provide wifi. Breakfast is excellent. The employees are very kind and knowledgeable. The bathroom and room are both clean and the view from the balcony is fantastic.

This property has an excellent and clean environment. The location is excellent. 10 minutes walk to the train station and a short walk to the old town and lake. The hotel is also a bit old school and has a shared bathroom and shower facility. When we arrived, the receptionist was extremely welcoming and gave us a great start. The quality of sleep was quite good.

This place is nice, with a good location. And they also provide city transportation to the nearby attractions, and wifi upon arrival. And then the breakfast was very good. After that, the room and bathroom were clean, and then the balcony view was very beautiful. Subsequently, they provide WiFi as well.

For the sole person who came to Lumen just for one night and was on the road to see an art exhibition, the hotel was ideal. The staff is quite welcoming and helpful, the breakfast is delicious and included, and you stay in a very quiet street, just 15 minutes from the historical center and railway station. All of that is worth 84 Swiss francs. Like a joke in such a tourist spot in one of the most expensive countries in the world. The room was very simple, no bathrooms were located on the same stair for all rooms. However, the elevator on the 1 st floor was thoroughly clean. The staff is absolutely friendly and efficient, the breakfast is delicious and included in the price, and you live in a very quiet street 15 minutes from the historic center and railway station. I hope you try it, it's worth it. I also really enjoyed watching David hockey's exhibition.
