A fantastic little hotel in Leukerbad with ideal position for the Leukerbad Therme. Free entrance to the Therme anytime without registering, direct access from the hotel, and as often as you want is included in the lodging price, as well as a pass for free bus and free access to Leukerbads sports center with gym, tennis, etc. The Victoria Hotel has very kind hosts, they did everything to make visitors feel comfortable, safe, and welcome during the pandemic, and they served a delicious breakfast. It's a bit of a 15-20 minute walk in boots to the cable car to the mountain for skiing, but it's feasible. Having a chance to relax at the therme after skipping nicely compensates the walk. The rooms are basic and functional. Mine had a view of the therme, but there are also some toward the valley only advantages I see as being that they might be quieter and have more sun. Also great for 12 chf, you can send your skiing to the leukerbad bus station tourist office from a lot of Swiss cities, and the tourist office is also open on weekends, so you can also send your skiing back home. Dont expect the therme to be a luxury or an architectural highlight. It has a lies groove to it and amenities are simple but very functional, with many activities to do

The location is in the center. The room was freshly clean. The easiest and most efficient way to find public pools right from the hotel. There is an already included fee for entering pools and cable cars. The owner is very kind and the staff are very friendly.

This place is close to the Central train station and the train station. The service here is just very good. And then, they provide a sauna area here. After that, they also provide free access to the leukerbad therme. Besides that, there aren't any queues at the entrance.

For a week's family vacation, we had chosen Victoria, largely because of the proximity to the thermal bath and the wide variety of other activities included in the cost as displayed on the website. What is not described is the service and friendliness of inger, ronald and their staff which exceeded any reasonable expectations. We have traveled a lot and stayed in much more prestigious hotels around the world, but we have never had more caring staff. To name a few examples. Inger masters the delicate balance of serving you in a proper and very relaxed way. Ronald doesn't let you out the door in the wrong dress if he senses that you are climbing the mountains, and he even drove us a few times. As one also notices from other reviews, the superlatives queue up. The only drawback is the price, but unfortunately switzerland is expensive, and Victoria is a good deal in that regard.

This place is very pleasant and the best place with a valley view. They are very attentive staff and they provide good service too. The room was very clean and the location is also good, they even use spa facilities for their kids too. The breakfast was even though not excellent, but it was not bad.
