Very definitely staying here again if we have the chance to visit Zermatt again. The personnel was outstanding in addition to the location and amenities. We made a reservation error at another hotel, but patricia was able to locate a room that was not going to be used for our nights there owing to a mealtime cancelation just as we walked in. She went above and above to secure the room for us. The rest of the crew was also quite helpful with some special requirements we had. The complimentary breakfast was wonderful and had alpine sampling all over. We had dinner in the hotel's restaurant, and the menu was excellent and the service was excellent. Great structure with character that is close to everything, but most importantly, the people made us feel at home far from South Alabama.

The best part of this place is that it wasn't long enough. Great location. And close to the train station, ski lifts, bars, restaurants and shops. We love the balcony and open the windows to hear the chimes and church bells ring. The romantic suite is huge with lots of space to put our stuff in and I love the upstairs with the tub and skylight view of the Matterhorn.

I would not hesitate to return because of the fantastic service and the outstanding condition of the hotel. The restaurant is also good, I stayed there for two out of three nights. I can say that the breakfast spread is also extensive and delicious. I would definitely come back to this hotel.

We loved everything about this stay except that it wasn't long enough! Great location. And near the train station, ski lifts, bars, restaurants and shopping. I love our balcony and opening the windows to hear birds chirping and church bells ringing. Plenty of space to spread out our stuff in the romantic suite and loved the upstairs with tub and skylight views of Matterhorn.

In addition to the location and service, the staff was excellent. We stumbled upon a room in zermatt through a reservation mistake at another hotel, and patricia was able to locate a room that was not going to be used for our nights there due to a mealtime cancellation just as we walked in. She worked hard to secure the room for us. The rest of the staff were also very helpful with some special needs we had. The included breakfast was delicious, with alpine sampling everywhere. We ate in the hotel restaurant and the selections were delicious and the service was excellent. Great structure with character that is close to everything, but most importantly the people made us feel at home away from south alabama. If we get the chance to visit Zermatt again, we will most definitely stay here.
