This boutique hotel is truly exceptional! The staff members were exceptionally helpful, and the food served, both for breakfast and dinner, was exceptional. The hotel boasts a prime location near neuschwanstein castle, offering easy access to stunning views of the town, mountains, or waterfalls in just 15 minutes on foot.

The hotel and restaurant are of excellent quality. All the staff is really friendly. The breakfast was delicious. Its been a long time since i have received such kind and polite service. Both at the reception desk and in the restaurant.

The parking area was once used and kept a private spot. I recommend staying here. The pictures are out my windows, in front of the hotel, and down the street. Its right next to it. A lovely place to stay. They were very friendly at the front desk.

We thoroughly enjoyed our stay here! The rooms were excellent, the staff was exceptionally friendly, and the parking was easy to access. The breakfast offered a wide variety of options and was of high quality. Additionally, dinner at the hotel was excellent. It was conveniently located just inland from neuschwanstein castle. I would highly recommend it.

Overall, a very good stay and we will return. The best hotel we stayed in Switzerland! The staff there really went out of their way, especially julia and Fabian! Thank you so much for arranging a pickup for us even though we didn't have a data to call them. The rooms were clean and spacious, and I loved the balcony with a great view! The man at the breakfast shift also impressed us when he remembered our drink order on the third day.

Overall it was an amazing experience. We already had a great time staying here, and we are eager to return. The hotel staff is incredibly friendly, the lodgings are cozy, and the pool and whirlpools are essential.

A pleasant hotel with really pleasant staff both at the front desk and in the restaurant and bar. Great pool and spa facilities both indoor and outdoors. Very quiet with a lovely waterfall outside our window very quiet. Would definitely stay here again. Great bar area both inside and outside. very comfortable. A very friendly hotel and strongly recommended.

It has its own parking space, but you have to pay extra. There was no watercooker in the chamber, however you could request one. The tv wasnt working. Although the portions were small and the food was pricey, it tasted good. However, the staff was friendly.

The breakfast here was very nice, especially with the hot tub and pool, plus they served a great breakfast, too. And the location is so great. Not far from the train and gondolas. The location is close to the tram line but quiet at night, so peaceful.
