Staying at this hotel was easily one of the BEST decisions we made during our trip to Taiwan. Everything exceeded our expectations—the staff were incredibly kind and helpful, the breakfast was outstanding, and the rooms were spacious, spotless, and even included a huge hot spring bath. The hot spring experience was truly phenomenal; the photos don’t do it justice at all. I was amazed by how large it was—it felt like an indoor space, yet it was actually outdoors, so the ventilation was excellent. There were so many different pools, saunas, and even a fish pool to enjoy. I feel so lucky to have found this place and will definitely be coming back. Our stay was absolutely wonderful—thank you!

重新整修後，感覺新穎但無法突破原本建築結構限制顯得房間有點小，隔音不大好，但早餐跟露天風呂區仍在水準之上，早餐可用到13:30真是完全考慮到客戶渡假心情，可以完全放鬆沒壓力，還有可預約每半個鐘頭一班的接駁車至車站。

四人房大間，床鋪大又好睡的，泡湯區乾淨也不擁擠，SPA區水柱打擊強而有力，早餐也很豐富，一路提供到下午1:30。。。整體很不錯

我們去爬抹茶山回到飯店已經11:00，想要洗個澡申請late check out 被收台幣1200 我們有付但覺得很沒彈性跟計較畢竟這也不是多便宜的飯店而且隔天是週一

Crownshine Resort offers a free shuttle service between Jiaoxi Transfer Station, Jiaoxi Railway Station and Crownshine Resort. The shuttle service runs from 9:00 to 18:00. Please make a reservation before 18:00 the day before your check-in date. Seats are limited and available on a first-come, first-served basis. (The shuttle service is suspended during consecutive holidays.)
Extra bed is not available at this property. If the number of guests exceeds the maximum occupancy, an additional fee of TWD 1,200 applies and is payable at check-in. Children aged 6-12 years are charged TWD 800 per child, per night, including breakfast.
Pets are strictly not allowed at the property.
