I just stayed here for one night. The receptionist was really friendly and helpful. The driver of the shuttle from met to the hotel was also very nice. Very good experience overall.

I genuinely enjoyed my time at this hotel. If you're walking in, I strongly suggest taking a taxi, making this location a hidden gem hidden from the noise and commotion! The room was cozy and tastefully decorated, with a separate toilet bowl and a hot shower. The personal hot spring in the room gives you more privacy, which is a real plus for couples! They served a nice selection of waffles and waffles for breakfast, which is my favorite. This is a rare sight, and there are also tea options. After spending there, I always felt very at ease. I would highly recommend this to anyone looking to impress, and I will undoubtedly return!.

This place is not recommended. This place was very expensive, about 410 US$ for 2 nights in an area not surrounded by local hot springs. I did not spend 4 nights there. My advice if you want to travel, take the red line metro and allow a transfer to the pink line to Xinbeitou 1 stop and walk and never book an expensive hotel here! Just arrive from Taipei for an hour. Price quality, number two. 5 out of 5, cost, quality, 5 out of 5, service at the reception, 5 out of 5 airport pickup service was not available Service besides all 4 of 5 services offered 3 pick up from Xinbeitou after calling the hotel Wait at sushi express opposite difficult to see wheelchair accessible 3 narrow paths there is an elevator but a room with 12 stairs. The room is very old and show many signs of decay. The layout is strange and has many short steps. The bathtub has its own hot spring tub which is lovely, but when we arrived at 0900 most food was already gone, even though the buffet is open till 1000. The only good thing is that the plug is well installed and the entire floor will be wet. Overall, I'm quite disappointed with the overpriced, overpriced hotel. Breakfast this was also disappointing, and by 11:00, most food had been served. Everything looks a bit poor presented and not well presented for 4 hotels
