The room was comfortable, clean, and quiet. The staff on site were very helpful. The location is perfect, close to the metro and major trains. From the airport to the main station you can take the train, which takes just 15 minutes to get to the hotel. Very convenient and secure location.

Good location near a few underground malls that connect to Taipei Main Stationairport mrtmrtbus terminal Highspeed Rail. Bathroom is clean. Pillows and mattresses were comfy. The hotel generously provided bread, butter jam and coffee throughout the day, free of charge. Cons the bathroom is a bit too small. The lady who checked us in and out was friendly and cheerful, but the other front desk staff we talked with throughout our stay never smiled and spoke to us as though they didn't like their job and had better things to do than talk to us.

Note this is for the next taipei hostel location. There appears to be no TripAdvisor entry for that location, but I wanted to leave this feedback in case other travelers search just by the next taipei hostel name great place to base your stay in taipei! This is right in the pedestrian only impending area, which is always very lively and fun. The hostel amenities are modern and the common room always has coffee and tea, making it a great place to get work done when you need to. The completely enclosed bunks last made my stay there particularly comfortable. The location is great, but the service isn't great. When you arrive, the receptionist is playing a game on her phone, it is very difficult to greet you. It's okay to remain an overnight, but I would never stay that long. The room is small, so walking is a bit difficult. There is no hook in the bathroom to hang towels or clothing. No body lotion or hair conditioner.
