非常愉快的一次住宿經驗，入住時因網站似乎忘了訂房，櫃檯人員都可以馬上解決，也完成我所有的期待。另外寵物同房的服務超好，對我家狗狗也極為友善重視，下次旅行一定會再回住的好飯店。

The hotel staff is very sincere and helpful, but their English is not very good. It may cause some kind of discomfort. The place is quiet for sleeping but you have to take a cab to go to the center or railway station. Breakfast menu is good quality and delicious. Huge tourist groups come in the evening buses that leave the next morning. So at a certain time in the morning there are lots of people having breakfast. It could be closer to the city centre.

We stayed at this hotel after visiting the taboo national park. The room is large for me and my son. We were given a double bed and a single bed. It is very clean and the wifi signal is good. The bathroom is also spacious. In alien, it's a small town, so there is so much to do in the evening. Overall our stay here was satisfactory.

This is the greatest hotel we stayed in Taiwan during our trip. There were local food stand, coffee shop and McDonald's nearby. We booked here for the night and found room 802 on the top floor to be clean, the beds two queen beds were firm, the bathroom spacious and had a view of jian town, alien. The top floor has access to a spacious rooftop garden with city views. The garden has seating areas and tea and coffee. The breakfast quality was better compared to other hotels we booked in Taiwan, the food was fresh and well cooked. There were two coffee options, ready coffee to pour, and an automatic coffee maker.

As most hotels in Taiwan are, the hotel is a little outdated, but the room was clean and tidy. We had to check in and find something to eat because we were exhausted from the train from Kaohsiung. The staff was very kind. They even brought us to a nearby restaurant when we didn't understand the directions.

At least 3 or 4 hotel staff were there when we stepped into the lobby of Ocean Healing hotel, ready to help us unload our luggage and check in, apart from a bit more rain. There is also a basement parking lot with a drive across the street but direct link to the hotel in the basement, which was great during the rainy period. The room was quite a good size even with a triple arrangement. It may have been the only room in room 02 where the length of the room was parallel to the hotel corridor. This meant there was a lot of room between the bed and the bathroom, but also that the to was on a wall, far from the bed. So it wasn't the best place to watch to from the bed, and there is only one chair in the room. Due to the lack of one towel in the bathroom, two hotel staff members quickly arrived within five minutes, with not only the towel but also a complete set of toiletries and an additional bottle of mineral water. The breakfast in the hotel restaurant was a separate and there was not much variety, and the bacon and sausages looked a bit strange. It was also quite crowded because a busload of tourists had breakfast also before departing.

雖然飯店不算新穎，但設備滿齊全的，清潔的部份也做的很好，房間很乾淨整齊。附的早餐有白飯、粥、土司，配菜的種類有近十樣，飲料有熱咖啡、熱牛奶、冷熱豆漿。算是誠意十足。服務人員和清潔人員的服務都很不錯。有附地下停車場，下雨時很方便，不會淋到雨。以四人房一晚2000的價位而言，還附早餐，算是CP值相當高！

早餐不錯算蠻豐富的，接待人員很熱心，停車場很大。位置在吉安離花蓮市中心稍遠，開車會方便許多，飯店有提供火車站接送服務，本次住的是新館，裝潢感覺上比較像民宿。
