1.If you need an extra blanket, it costs 300 TWD per piece, and an extra pillow costs 50 TWD per piece. Please inform us in advance.
2.Using an additional room costs 1500 TWD per room. Please inform us in advance.
3.If the number of guests on the day is less than the number booked, no refund will be given on the day of accommodation. If the number of guests exceeds the booking, an additional charge of 1000 TWD per person will be applied on-site.
Please inform us two days before check-in. We cannot provide additional people or supplies on the same day.
4.Each room is equipped with an independent TV, air conditioning, bathroom, and 24-hour hot water.
5.Full payment is required for booking. Cancellations are managed according to the homestay booking regulations. Exceptions apply if notified before remittance, with separate rules.
(In the event of natural disasters such as earthquakes, typhoons, or local land warnings in Hualien on the day of release, a full refund will be given. If roads are blocked but public transportation and trains are still operational, this does not apply.)
6.Barbecuing and KTV are not allowed. Please refrain from making loud noises after 10:30 PM. If this is unsuitable, please do not book. If neighbors complain, we will ask you to leave.
7.There are 2 parking spaces available. For more vehicles, please park at the public free parking lot 50 meters from the entrance.
8.CHECK-IN: 16:00 CHECK-OUT: 11:00. A late check-out fee of 1000 TWD per hour applies. If you need to extend, please inform us one hour in advance.

9.Smoking is not allowed indoors. A violation will incur an additional charge of 3000 TWD.
10.Apart from free large towels, hairdryers, body wash, and shampoo, please bring your own toiletries.
Paid toothbrush and toothpaste sets, cotton swabs, shower caps are available on-site for 10 TWD each, combs for 20 TWD each, razors for 30 TWD each, slippers for 10 TWD per pair, and paper towels for 10 TWD each.
11.Children under 5 years old are free and not counted in the number of guests. No supplies are provided, and no baby cribs are available at the moment. Children aged 6-12 are considered additional guests and charged 300 TWD. Those aged 13 and above are considered adults and charged 1000 TWD.
12.To maintain the quality of accommodation and the rights of other guests, please speak softly after 22:30 PM and keep the volume low at night to avoid disturbances.
13.To maintain the accommodation environment, please do not smoke indoors, bring pets, drink excessively, or chew betel nuts. We apologize for any inconvenience.
14.Please consume outside food in the first-floor dining area and clean up the utensils.
15.Please keep personal valuables safe or store them in the safe. We are not responsible for any loss.
16.All items in the homestay belong to the owner. Do not take them without permission. Any loss will be considered theft, and you will be held legally responsible and liable for compensation.
For whole-house bookings, please book according to the number of guests. Room arrangements are as follows:
A: For 6 guests, provide 1 room with 2 beds and 1 room with 4 beds.
B: For 6 guests, provide 2 rooms with 3 beds each.
C: For 6 guests, provide 1 room with 2 beds and 2 rooms with 3 beds each.
D: For 7 guests, provide 1 room with 3 beds and 1 room with 4 beds.
E: For 7 guests, provide 1 room with 2 beds and 2 rooms with 3 beds each.
F: For 7 guests, provide 1 room with 4 beds, 1 room with 3 beds, and 1 room with 2 beds.
G: For 8 guests, provide 1 room with 2 beds and 2 rooms with 3 beds each.
H: For 8-9 guests, provide 1 room with 2 beds, 1 room with 3 beds, and 1 room with 4 beds.
I: For 8-9 guests, provide 1 room with 4 beds and 2 rooms with 3 beds each.
J: For 10 guests, provide 2 rooms with 3 beds each and 1 room with 4 beds.
K: For 11-12 guests, provide 1 room with 2 beds, 2 rooms with 3 beds each, and 1 room with 4 beds.
