當天剛好下雨，飯店人員接待安排快速親切，安排停車位置也非常友善！ 房間為雙人街景浴缸房，很乾淨、床很舒適！ 廁所也乾淨，水溫不會忽冷忽熱！ 一切體驗都很棒！推薦～ 離日月潭和老街都很近，走路即可，便利商店也走路就到！

The staff is very friendly and helpful, especially the short lady with a very good english! Room 602 is really special and luxurious! The balcony with the view is beautiful! Toilets and bathtub settings are tad strange and can lack privacy. This room is better for summer in my opinion. We went there during cold weather and the night was very cold. The location is perfect, close to the pier and lots of food options nearby! Recommended!.

First of all, i want to say that it was excellent, very unforgettable, and very pleasantly surprised. The landlady and the boss were friendly and accommodating. It was conveniently located and had a nice view. Breakfast was also included.

The hotel amenities are a little outdated and basic, but its quite convenient to be in the city just downstairs. The service staff is friendly and the breakfast is adequate. It would be better if you could have more desserts.

The hotel is in a great location, very convenient and if you choose ie the room with slant, it really is opulent lake view. You can enjoy the evening watching the scene from the window. The room looks great and the bed is comfortable but the bathroom although it looks good in the picture is quite inconvenient as the shampoo is on the opposite side of the rooms and there is nowhere to hang the shower head. Also worth noting that the windows in my room wouldnt close completely and mosquitoes got in and bit me terribly. However, the staff is very friendly and helpful so ive definitely recommend this hotel.
