This place is suitable if you just need a cheap and simple room. The room is old and basic, but clean. The air conditioning works well. The owner is very kind and helpful. It is close to the mrt and there is a small food court right outside with coffee and breakfast in the morning. Good value for the price, but not for people who want something fancy.

In contrast to what other reviews have said, i had a great time here. The location is perfect, the rooms are clean and quiet. The location is at the back of a small market, but you cant hear anything. Wifi is good, air conditioning is powerful. Budget room in a great location, a short walk from lumphini park.
