Very nice rooms and great location. Very nice villas in private setting. nice pool and 100 meters from a nice quiet beach with massages and bars looking out over the sea. Bars and restaurants very close. Great area to stay.

We stayed here a few years back and had a great time. Fantastic location. Only a short ride will get you to the beach and a fishing village. Away from the hustle and bustle of chasing, we still had fun one evening there. We've read some unfavorable evaluations recently, but we decided to try again anyway. Good news. Jon, the proprietor, is back and has just completed a renovation. The bungalows are incredibly modern and roomy. Since we last came here, Sami has grown up, and there are so many bars and restaurants nearby. Jon and the staff were extremely friendly and helpful. Coming back soon for another stay. Excellent value for the money. Thank you to everyone who made our stay so enjoyable.

I recently returned from a wonderful stay at Barn Tropical. The location is perfect, off the beaten path but just a short walk from the great beach and there are many bars and restaurants scattered around. Jon, the owner, was a warm and friendly host, always happy to give good advice about places to visit. The villas are beautiful, only 45 around a great pool and in a landscaped setting. Im definitely going back next year.

Due to an unanticipated problem with a previous booking at a different facility, I was upgraded to a villa at Barn Tropical thanks to the people who took care of this for me. As it turned out, this was a lucky turn of events. I thoroughly enjoyed my trip to Tropical. The villa was spacious, clean, and comfortable. Jon, the owner, was friendly, helpful, and genuinely cared that I had a good stay. The staff were also friendly and very helpful. After a visit to Oh Pagan, I returned to the area but had reserved a few days at a nearby 4-star hotel. Even though this hotel was also very nice, I would have preferred my previous room at Tropical.

In sami, this is a great place to stay. The atmosphere is completely at ease. Beautiful garden and spacious, spotless villa. The beach is only a 2 minute walk away. Jon, the owner, is a very friendly person and he assisted us with everything we required. He can also provide suggestions for places to visit in sami and help with car rentals. I booked for 5 days but I would not want to go back.
