We stayed for four nights in May. The location is perfect very close to good restaurants and local shops. I booked tours to the islands almost every day, and the staff always had my breakfast boxes ready for the trip. The hotel buffet is excellent. I had several work-related tasks to handle, and the front desk staff made the entire process very easy. Finally, since my return flight to NYC was late in the day, they allowed us a late checkout. I highly recommend this hotel; the value for money is top-notch.

Das Zimmer war immer sauber, das Bett 🛏️ unglaublich bequem, das Badezimmer ist auch ein Traum und das Personal stets zuvorkommend sowie sehr freundlich. Unser Elite‑Zimmer mit direktem Poolzugang war absolut der Hammer – ein echtes Highlight unseres Aufenthalts. Wir kommen auf jeden Fall wieder in dieses SUPER HOTEL. Third time visiting and all the staff are friendly, very respectful and made this another pleasant stay. Great selection at the buffet breakfast, as well as for coffee and dinner. Close to the beach, clean pools and lovely rooms. Far enough away from the noise of Patong nightlife, yet still very close to plenty of restaurant options and markets.

朝食は無料で充分楽しめます。繁華街も近いし、プールサイドも充実しています。部屋のバルコニーで喫煙することもできます。自然が近くて虫がいるのは仕方のないことです。アメニティに歯ブラシは無いですが、セブンイレブンがすぐそばにあるので便利です。シャンプーコンディショナー、ボディソープ、ボディクリームは使い捨てタイプのオリジナルココナッツ系で使い心地はノンシリコンに似ています。

Hatte ein Zimmer mit Poolblick gebuctund hervorragendes Zimmer erhalten. Im Gegensatz zu anderen Hoels wrkt die klimaanlage ndirekt un bläst nicht direkt auf das bett was es besonders angenehm macht. Das zimmer wird täglich gereinigt und ist immer tip top. WÜNSCHENSWERT wäre für ich nur ein moskitonetz an der Balkontür da ich gerne mit offenem Fenster schlafe...aber das ist meine persönliche Sache....hat kein andetes Hotel und würde viel Energie sparen. Das Frühstück ist umfanreich..asistisch bis europäsch alles da und frisch. Personal top geschult und stets freundlich mit dem bekannten asiatischen Lächeln. Der morgentliche wai an der Rezeption kommt wie im Chor....👍 Meine einzige Sorge ist das eines Tages zuviele Gäste dort hin wollen und ich kein Zimmer mehr bekomme. Danke für den schönen Aufenthaltbei euch 🙏 Roland

We loved this hotel. We had an elite room with pool view and had the day bed out there which was nice. Room was good size. Big bathroom. Clean. Loved that they gave us a beach mat and towels to use at beach and a beach bag. Nice detail. Bed was comfy. Breakfast buffet was good. Pools were super nice. Never tried out the spa but heard it’s good. Would have been nice to have a gym there. Close to beach and restaurants. Great location. Recommend it here for sure.

Very clean. Staff very friendly. Bed was very comfortable. Pool was amazing. A/c worked well. I didn't use the spa but people said it was nice. Breakfast could've been better. Items under a heat lamp like potatoes or eggs in a chafing dish were ice cold. When I asked for a fresh cooked fried egg at omelette station, I was directed to cold eggs in chafing dish. Fruit could have fresher.
