Even though this apartment block is quite small and well-built, it is spotless. Extras that you wouldn't expect from this basic level of accommodation, such as safes and tea-making supplies. The proprietor went above and beyond to make it as comfortable as possible. Though I never love limegreen sheets and grey duvets, they were clean. The bed appeared to have soft springs sticking out when we knelt, but to be honest, I slept like a log. The car is required. Parking is excellent on site. The booking site I used to make my decision to stay gave it a 5 rating and described it as exceptional. However, this is completely deceptive. Its good but nothing special, and for me, it was too far from the heart.

During a trip to Bangkok, we stayed here. There are many parking places, and check-in was straightforward. Make sure you don't get this room, which is the first one on the left as you enter the main building. The rooms are huge, spotless, and well-equipped, including a small washing up sink and utensils. Because the apartments are a bit out of town, this isn't ideal for you if you're looking for somewhere to stay so that you can visit. The noise in this room was the main issue. There was a washer or dryer running on until 2 am, and we were woken up at 5.30 am by the receptionist talking very loudly and then by a baby crying. Ask for extra blankets away from reception if you stay here because they only provide sheets and no quilts as such.

This place is recommended. We decided to try connecting again, the rooms are great, but our previous stay was ruined by a lack of blankets and a loud reception. We asked for a room away from the reception but was given a thicker bed quilt this time. This led to a much better stay, we had an inconsiderate woman talking at the top of her voice in the passageway at 0400 but that is not the fault of the owner, it happens.

Small apartment building that has been meticulously constructed. At this basic level of accommodation, there are special features you wouldn't normally expect, such as a safe and tea making equipment. The proprietor went above and beyond to make it as comfortable as possible. I never really care about lime green sheets and grey duvets, but to be honest, they were clean. If you knelt on the bed, soft springs appeared to be sticking up, but in truth, I slept like a log. Its far from the heart of Karat. A car is needed. There is plenty of parking on site. On the reservation website I used to make my decision to stay, it receives a 5 star rating and is acknowledged as exceptional. Yet, this is completely false. Its okay but nothing special, and in my opinion, it was too remote from the center.

If you stay here, ask for a room away from the reception and ask for extra blankets, as they only provide sheets and no quilt as such. We stayed here as part of a trip to Bangkok. There is a lot of parking and check-in was smooth and straightforward. We were shown to our room, which is the first on the left when entering the main building, so make sure you don't get this one! The rooms are spacious, spotless, and well-equipped, with even a little washing machine and dishware. The apartments are a bit outside the city, so if youre looking for a place to stay so you can see, this likely isn't for you. The real problems we had in this room were noise. There was a washing machine or something rumbling until 2 am and I was woken up at 5.30 by the people in reception talking loudly and later by a baby crying. The only sheets available are sheets and there are no quilts as such.

Look for the sign on the road (In English) it's set back off the road - nothing fancy but it's clean, AC was good, big fridge nice size room - As this is right around the corner from my lawyer, I'll use again when I go back. Oh, everything you could need that you of course forgot can be purchased at cheaper than 7-11 -
