This place has a very good location. The staff is friendly and helpful. And then, the room was spotless and had enaough space. After that, they served breakfast at 3,000 per night. Subsequently, its close to restaurants and cafes.

Really a really pleasant condo to stay in in khao yai, well decorated and with good mountain views. Checkin and checkout are hasslefree, but you really need to get there by the end of checkin time (19.00 if i remember correctly). They can wait for you for some time, however ive found it to be problematic unless you arrived late in the evening.

This place is not a hotel, rather, it is essentially an airbnb with one bedroom inside sytay complex. There is no reception or restaurant planned. A nice alternative to the 3 times as expensive Thames valley next door. We reserved two rooms, each of which have varying designs. The rooms are tidy. With the exception of the air conditioning filters, please inspect and clean them. If not, you will be breathing in poor air because there are many dead insects on the filter. And i see he thick dust. Breakfast is precooked fried rice, which is adequate for the price of your room. Housekeeping does utmost work every day, and they do ot ill. Just remember to clean the filters when you enter. See my pictures before and after. Lol Theres also dal good thai restaurant across the street and likewise

This place is completely unreliable. They are the only ones who are aware of how to get money from your credit card. Thats all there is to it.

The support team and service were excellent, and i was very pleased with them. My wifes birthday cake request was thoughtfully prepared and provided for free. The room 4 family was spacious and spotless. A morning sun rise is right outside the door on the balcony.
