Excellent service and warm hospitality from all the staff here. We had a great time and had a really relaxing time. Breakfast was good and the atmosphere was very peaceful. Lots of small kind gestures that really made our stay here memorable! Will miss this place.

Pastikan untuk berenang siang dan malam dan nikmati koktail di tepi kolam! A lovely hotel that is a little outside of the bustle of chiang mai center. Excellent service and stunning design. The breakfast is the best ive ever had in a hotel. Rooms could be improved, the grout in the showers isnt clean, there is no comfortable seating in the room, and they occasionally smell damp. However, its not terrible, and the rest of the hotel is very beautiful. Would stay again.

Highly recommended! Among the greatest hotels ive ever stayed in! As a thai who is accustomed to luxurious fivestar hospitality, this has been by far the best service ive ever experienced. The rooms are spotlessly clean, cozy, and roomy. The cuisine is fantastic. Breakfast by the river is excellent. Everything is provided with excellent staff and service.

Staf hotel semuanya sangat ramah. Petugas keamanan di depan juga tersenyum, menyapa, dan membantu menjaga Anda saat menyeberang jalan di depan hotel. We will definitely return. It was a lovely stay during our visit to chiangmai. The staff was outstanding, very friendly, and we were treated very well by all of them, especially fo staff. Poppy and fo manager, sorry, i cant remember his name properly. The facility was also very nice.

Ping is very kind and helpful, the view is beautiful, the weather is beautiful, the food is delicious, and there are many options for breakfast. I love the welcome chocolate with the name and the photo souvenir. Excellent service.

The service at the front desk, especially Juju, and the breakfast staff at oxygen were amazing with friendly greetings! The hotel surroundings are beautiful with trees and plants. Would love to come back to this red brick place again!.

The hotel is stunning, it feels off the beaten path in terms of the more touristy areas of the city. The local restaurant across the street is delicious. It takes about $2 to get to most places in the city center. The service was excellent, and we were upgraded to a room. There were many personalized, special touches throughout our stay. The only downside is that the laundry service is very expensive and recommend trying to do laundry offsite if you need it.

We would definitely stay here again. The hotel service, location, and atmosphere were all excellent. We had a great time here. Team members like view and those serving breakfast, as well as pim and juju from reception are quick callouts. The champagne breakfast is a nice touch.
