The room was spacious and had fresh towels daily. The wifi signal was strong, the smart tv was up to date, there was a kettle, ice cold air conditioning, and he also provided ufficient fridge in the room. Lucia and his business partner are very friendly and will give you all the information you need. They will also help you rent o scooters (it is advisable if you want to explore and explore). This is a great place to stay in patong. I can say that it is difficult to find id able to get t he hotel at this affordable price. It was an amazing experience for me to spend two days there. Another fantastic feature of this hotel is the host luca who is amazing. He always goes above and beyond to assist his guests. Highly recommended place for all types of travelers.

The location is excellent. I spent three nights here. The three italian employees were really helpful. They assisted us in making a motorbike reservation and provided information about nearby attractions. Although the room is quite large, the toilet is rather small. Every day, they clean our room.

I have visited Grand View three times and I would not change it, even for half the price. Large, daily cleaned rooms, quiet at night, surrounded by nature, cheap. The owner is a smart and kind person, and the staff is friendly and caring. Highly recommended if you are traveling on a budget but still want to have a homey feel.

Owned and managed by 3 lovely good natured young good looking Italian guys.2 Louca 1 David.Hotel v price is amazing.Its back about a kilometre from the noise of Phuket.Bed so comfy and air con so cool.Nothing was too much trouble for the guys.Room was huge and house keeping perfect.If yo go there’s a timid dog that needs a little love and loves chicken and ham tha lives outside the hotel.say hello from Steve.

The management team is extremely friendly, eager to assist you with advice on any topic (avoiding scams, choosing the right day trip, nightlife, restaurants etc), always available, and running the place like clockwork. Grand view is a fantastic place to stay. Conveniently located near all of patongs main attractions but on incredibly quiet hillside near the forest, which is fantastic if you want to enjoy the night life while still sleeping when you need it. Rooms are essential but nice, clean (the room is cleaned daily) and functional.

The most welcoming location in patong, if not in Phuket, the owner, named luca, is always willing to assist. The hotel itself is a very nice accommodation, very close to anything but far enough away to avoid street noise. I heartily suggest it to anyone. Thank you, laurie.

Grand view patong provided us with an amazing stay. Lucia is one of the best hosts we have encountered in more than 25 countries ive ever been to. From helping with bike rentals and local tips to constantly asking when we met if anything was going well. The hotel itself has a large room with everything you need for optimum comfort. Speaking of comfort, we finally had saggy and comfortable bed in Thailand! If youre looking for accommodation in the heart of pulaulipa, look no further. This is the place for you!.

Amazing experience! The staff is very friendly and helpful they gave me all information about the excursion, the best beaches, restaurants, etc. Rooms are large clean and fully equipped with minibar, air conditioning, and balcony with nice view of the forest. Perfect for solo trips or groups of friends. Probably one of our best solutions to stay in patong just 5 minutes from the beach by scooter (they also provide motorcycles). I will be back in November. If you want to find a good position hotel at tastiest price and maximize your high level of customer service from luca and fibio, the hotels managers, grand view patong is the place to be. The rooms are essential because they provide everything you need and very important every day if the room is cleaned. At night it is quiet and relaxing because you are close to nature and not into the banla road. If youre having fun with billiards in 5 minutes, you can go to patang beach and bangla road instead. Luca will give you all the tips and tricks to enjoy your stay, including amazing seaside places, terraces, restaurants, and boat trips. I highly recommend joining them. Alberto.

The location is good, close but not too close to a very busy road with some good restaurants and bars! Very nice and friendly hosts as well, they help you with anything you need. I stayed here for ten days. The room was good for the price you pay! Clean aswell, cleaners came every day. Only the bed was ok for me, but it was doable!

The location is close to nightlife but far from night life for those who dont want noise. The rooms are very comfortable and have all the comforts for a short or long stay. You will not stay in tavern, but in an enormous welcoming family. If you need any help, they are ready to help. It is located on nanai road and even if i was on foot everything was very close and within reach, for example putting me to go to the beach it would take me 12 minutes on my feet.

Spacious and meticulously cleaned rooms. Every day, new and fragrant towels are added. You can indulge in incredibly delicious coffee at reception in the morning. Staff members who appear clean and friendly, always smiling and welcoming. For any issue, the staff is always available. Excellent wifi. There is secluded and cozy relaxation area on the ground floor, where you may connect with other customers while enjoying yourself.
