This is the place you need. The location is close to patong beaches. It is located at the end of patung beach, which is 10 minutes walk from the hotel. 2 minutes walking distance to street food, scooter rental, and island tour package. Very affordable place, clean rooms, friendly staff. Free wifi with good signal in each room.

The location is excellent. It is close to a food market. The beach is reachable on foot in 15 minutes. Our room was immaculate. Every day, they cleaned it. Additionally, the receptionists were incredibly kind and helpful. Also, there was surprisingly affordable pricing. We spent ten days there, and we were delighted to discover this location. Mee, our host, answered all of my questions. Nothing more could be asked for. Many thanks to everyone!.

The hotel boasts excellent service, with friendly and tidy staff. Its location is convenient, offering easy access to everything you need for relaxation. Additionally, there is a night market nearby, providing everything one could possibly need. Overall, the hotel offers excellent value for money.

We would most certainly return! Fantastic location in patong, not noisy at all, right next to malin plaza, a street food and clothing market, with namo, an excellent bar inside the market that serves delicious mojitos for only 100 baht! The hotel is also accessible on thursday from 7/11, which is open 24 hours x 711. The suite room was fantastic and very roomy, equipped with tea and coffee, fridge, microwave, kettle, and toaster. Although it was somewhat perplexing to have breakfast at the hotel even though it had been advertised online and also in the elevator. The hotels personnel were extremely courteous, friendly, or helpful. It was incredibly disappointing that our room wasnt cleaned while we were there because of all the sand we brought back from the beach, but it wasn't primarily affecting us. When we arrived, the bathroom was immaculate, including the shower. Beautiful, quiet rooftop pool that was the ideal temperature to cool off. Our personal favorite because its clear water, caron beach is only ten minutes away, where you can rent bikes at reasonable prices at their front desk. On the corner, there is likewise irrational exchange booth with really good rates.

The hotel is only a 25minute walk from bangla main road, so its not very close. The staff is nice, the room is clean but there is no phone in the rooms to call reception, if you want an air dryer, you have to ask for it, theres he very cheap market behind the hotel (cheapest in all patong).

Read some reviews. I think many people expect the hotel to be a 5 star resort lol. There was nothing or anyone wrong with me. The staff was very nice, the hotels cleanliness was good and i always got an extra towel when ive asked for one. Only negative thing is that it is 2024 and maybe its time to upgrade the locks. Apart from that, ill stay here again.

I booked for 2 nights and ended up booking for a whole week. The rooms are sized well. Pool is good and the staff are friendly. Cleansing every day unless not wanted. Highly recommended especially for the price ps 8 - pps 10.

If i find myself in a similar position, ill stay again. I spent 10 nights at baya pulauwatu. The rating is based on my expectations for the room judging by the cost of the stay, not on the basis of comparing it to otas expensive hotel in the us or european market. Excellent value for money was provided! The staff was outstanding and attended to all my requests. This is not merely reeked of beach, but if you look closely, this is your best option. Although the mattress and bed were nimble for my tastes, they were still comfortable when ive folded the duvet over, which worked out fine. While the wifi in both the hallways and lobbys was fine, my room had weak internet because it was located at the end of an alley, so it didnt bother me. Even though the pool wasnt anything special, it would be great unless you wanted to take frogs to cool off.

I am eager to return! I had a fantastic time thanks to mee and the baya staff. Everything, including beaches, markets, restaurants, and fun stores, is close to the hotel. I spent countless hours just hanging out with the visitors in the lobby. The personnel were always very helpful. Baya is highly recommended by me. It was incredibly cozy and spotless in this room. There was an excellent rooftop pool.

The pool was never overcrowded. And then, the security wasps that guarded the stairs leading to the pool were so strong. After that, only the bravest people could get through. Subsequently, we had a very friendly ants in the same room. Hereafter, this hotel has an amazing wildlife.
