The hotel is conveniently located 5 minutes from 7/11 and 10 to 12 minutes from the mall. The room is spacious, clean, has a smart tv, and is soundproof. We particularly appreciate the complimentary drinks, which offer a wide variety of options such as thai tea and flat white coffee. The bed is comfortable, and there are plenty of pillows available.

The hotel is in a quiet area, but its only a 10minute walk from a metro line that will take you to the center without any change. The rooms are brand new, spacious, and clean. The staff is very accommodating and kind. There are restaurants, cafes, and grocery stores in the neighborhood easily accessible.

The hotel is decent. The bed is spacious, spotless, and cozy. They offer complimentary snacks and have a laundry machine. The bts station is accessible on foot. Although the staff is all polite, their limited english proficiency is a drawback. However, you can always translate using application translate.

The staff is pleasant and welcoming. However, there is no comb or razor in the rooms, and they are not available upon request from reception. The price of one room card is ridiculously high, at 500 baht each. The water flow in the toilets is not very strong.

Saya datang terlambat tetapi hotel mengunci pintu tanpa memberi tahu saya ketika saya check-in bahwa pintu akan dikunci pada malam hari. Bagaimana para tamu bisa tidur? Saya memesan makanan beku dan makanannya bahkan belum mencair dengan benar. Beberapa hidangan yang perlu menambahkan air sebelum dipanaskan di microwave tidak mencair. Mereka hanya menyajikannya begitu saja. Staf bahkan tidak membaca petunjuk kemasan sebelum memanaskan makanan di microwave untuk memastikan matang. Kamarnya bagus dan bersih, dengan dekorasi yang indah.

Secara keseluruhan, saya sangat menyukainya. Kamarnya sangat bagus, namun AC-nya agak kecil dan kurang cocok untuk kamar. Para staf berbicara dengan sangat baik dan sangat ramah. Namun, sistem reservasi kamar sangat lambat, memakan waktu sekitar 10- 20 menit. Bagi siapa pun yang ingin menginap, sebaiknya melakukan reservasi melalui sistem online.

Lokasinya dekat dengan stasiun BTS dan mudah dijangkau. Kamarnya luas dan tidak sempit. Yang kurang menyenangkan adalah pembantu (warga negara asing) datang untuk membersihkan kamar dengan sandal sambil menelepon sambil membersihkan. Setelah menutup telepon, kami bertanya apakah sandal ini untuk dipakai di kamar. Dia menjawab "tidak". Dan tidak ada sandal untuk tamu di dalam kamar. Jadi saya ingin pihak akomodasi lebih memperhatikan dan memeriksa pekerjaan staf. Dari pengalaman menginap, harap berhati-hati dengan tempat parkir karena mobil akan terkena kotoran burung setiap hari.
