The Ivory's star is Miss Juni! The wonderful and bubbly receptionist is always lovely when she gets you, makes sure you are ok, lets you know if anything happening around the island, best places to eat, tours, ferry tickets! She is very knowledgeable. The rooms are nice and clean and the housekeeping ladies are friendly. The hotel is very central to Phi Phi, with easy walking around the streets to delicious Street food, shopping etc. and a delicious doughnut stand right across from the hotel. There's a lot of friendly street cats who enjoy a scratch behind the ears too. A fantastic place to stay! We will be back

Hotel in its entirety was clean and pleasant. Comfortable accommodations in a desirable location without outside noise irruption. The staff and service were 10/10, and I would recommend this hotel in a heartbeat.

we stayed in the ivory for 3 nights, rooms were clean, aircon was great. the best part was junie in the reception, she made us feel very welcome and told us everything we need to know about phi phi. she made our trip much easier. she was amazing! we love you junie

Très bon séjour à l'hôtel Ivory, nous étions très bien accueilli, l'emplacement est parfait. Il serait bien d'avoir les prises électriques à côté du lit (il n'y a que 2 et elles sont bien cachées). Les chambres sont pas grandes mais quand on vient à Koh Phi Phi c'est pas pour rester à l'hôtel.

Super freundliches Personal und sauberes Zimmer. Hatten leider ein Zimmer ohne Fenster, würde ich so nicht mehr buchen aber war kein Problem da wir nur eine Nacht waren und die Klima super funktionierte :-) das Personal ist sehr aufmerksam und hilfsbereit. Direkt im Zentrum und in Strandnähe. Würde ich definitiv wieder buchen :-)

We walked 5 minutes from the pier, we were greeted by me Julie who was warm welcoming and funny, she gave us all the advice we needed while on the island and made sure we were never without, the room was basic but very clean in the heart of Phi Phi town, however no noisy distractions to keep you up and night, great for on a budget and be in the centre. To me Julie and the housekeeping, thank you for making our stay so special, love Sean Connery

Guests who arrive at Phuket or Krabi airport after noon will have to stay on the mainland and board the morning ferry to Ko Phi Phi.
